Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis have a lawsuit on their hands.
The ex-couple, who share two children together, are being sued by their former nanny.
This is the same nanny who aired their dirty laundry during Wilde’s romance with Harry Styles.

In legal documents obtained by The Blast, the nanny, Ericka Genaro, is suing Sudeikis and Wilde for (essentially) giving her too many household duties. She worked for the couple from 2018 to 2021.
The ex-couple’s breakup became very contentious given her relationship with Styles soon after their split.
Many believe she cheated on Sudeikis with the former One Direction singer while they were filming “Don’t Worry Darling.”
Wilde has denied the claims and admitted her relationship with the “Ted Lasso” star was over long before production on the movie even began.
Genaro claims her nanny duties became much more than what she initially signed up for.
The Ex-Nanny Claims Olivia Wilde ABANDONED Her Family
According to Genaro, Wilde abandoned the household in 2020 when she began dating Styles.
In turn, the nanny claims a lot of pressure was put on her to fill in for Wilde as a mother figure.
Genaro also claims she had to become the shoulder for Sudeikis to cry on. She reportedly had to stay well past clock-out hours in order for him to vent and talk about their situation.
She says this caused her a lot of stress and anxiety which became debilitating.
Wilde’s busy work and personal schedule caused her to stay away from home and her kids, so Genaro says her work duties started to be way more in demand.
Genaro claims that she was essentially working around the clock for Wilde and Sudeikis, and also acting as a fill-in mom for the actress.

She felt she had to pick sides between Wilde and Sudeikis, which led to increased tensions between the former couple and in the household.
It all became such a burden on Genaro that a medical professional advised her to quit working immediately. This led her to take a three-day break.
Unfortunately, Sudeikis allegedly didn’t take kindly to this and fired her on the spot. Genaro claims wrongful termination and alleges the A-list actors violated several employment laws in California.
She’s asking for damages under FEHA.
Wilde and Sudeikis released a joint statement about Genaro in October 2022.
"As parents, it is incredibly upsetting to learn that a former nanny of our two young children would choose to make such false and scurrilous accusations about us publicly,” the statement read. “Her now 18 month long campaign of harassing us, as well as loved ones, close friends and colleagues, has reached its unfortunate apex. We will continue to focus on raising and protecting our children with the sincere hope that she will now choose to leave our family alone.”
According to a source close to Wilde and Sudeikis says the nanny has a pattern of trying to earn both fame and fortune with her words, and this is just another attempt at getting paid big time.
Regardless, their breakup was really bad.
Sudeikis served Wilde custody papers while she was presenting CinemaCon.
Back in April 2022, Wilde took the stage at the event to promote ‘DWD.’
According to Sudeikis, his split from Wilde was unexpected and very hard. He hit “rock bottom” following the breakup.
The “Horrible Bosses” actor and Wilde were together for seven years before breaking up in November 2020.
By January 2021, Wilde was making headlines for a new relationship with Styles.
“It was my workplace,” Wilde explained during a Variety interview. “In any other workplace, it would be seen as an attack. It was really upsetting. It shouldn’t have been able to happen. There was a huge breach in security, which is really scary.”
Wilde believes there was some forethought put into the “attack,” which directly contradicts Sudeikis’ claims he had “no knowledge” his ex would be served custody papers at CinemaCon.
A source revealed to The Hollywood Reporter, “Mr. Sudeikis had no prior knowledge of the time or place that the envelope would have been delivered, as this would solely be up to the process service company involved, and he would never condone her being served in such an inappropriate manner.”
Wilde called BS!
“The hurdles that you had to jump through to get into that room with several badges, plus special COVID tests that had to be taken days in advance, which gave you wristbands that were necessary to gain access to the event — this was something that required forethought,” the actress admitted. “I hated that this nastiness distracted from the work of so many different people and the studio that I was up there representing. To try to sabotage that was really vicious. But I had a job to do; I’m not easily distracted. But, you know, sadly, it was not something that was entirely surprising to me. I mean, there’s a reason I left that relationship.”
