Gisele Bündchen Celebrates First Valentine's Day Without Tom Brady Doggy Style!

Model Gisele Bündchen is moving on from her divorce from ex-husband Tom Brady, who recently retired from the sport for good.

On Tuesday, February 14, the fashion model took to Instagram to share a trio of stunning snaps that show how she's spending Valentine's Day... with her dogs!

In her latest Instagram post, the 42-year-old Brazilian fashion model wrote, “Pure love!! I am convinced they are little angels on Earth. Happy Valentine's Day to all!” She then repeated her message in Spanish, writing, “Amor puro!! Tenho certeza que eles são anjinhos na Terra.”

Many of her fans and famous friends showered the post with red heart and heart-eye emojis. “Animals are something special on this earth,” one fan commented. “Nossos melhores professores na matéria do amor,” another follower wrote, which roughly translates to, "Our best teachers in love.”

“Todo mundo querendo ser cachorro nesse momento,” a third fan joked, meaning, “Everyone wanting to be a dog right now.” Another follower wrote, “São puros! Maravilhosos! Com certeza são Anjinhos sim!” meaning, “They are pure! Wonderful! They sure are Angels, yes!” while another fan commented, “Yes! They are better than people!”

Another follower commented, “Eu sempre lembro do Valentines Day por causa de suas publicações que fazem tão bem e transmitem amor puro. Obrigada por isso,” which roughly translates to, “I always remember Valentine's Day because of your posts they do so well and give pure love. Thank you for this.”

“I remember your little dog Vida! You’ve always been the most loving fur-mama!” another follower chimed in. “Awww, animals are earth angels,” another follower wrote. “Gisele, gratitude for being yourself and sharing with the world, allowing so many internal human transformations through your example / admiration that we feel. You are pure light and love. Beautiful soul, beautiful human, all beautiful!” another fan gushed.

However, not everyone was happy with Gisele’s post. “This hurts. As much as I love dogs, not seeing Tom in this hurts,” one fan commented. Another follower agreed, while a third fan commented, “That’s a trade off…”

In a video posted on Instagram on Wednesday, February 1, the Tampa Bay Buccaneer announced that he was retiring "for good" this time. In the video, he said, “Good morning guys, I’ll get to the point right away. I’m retiring, for good. I know the process was a pretty big deal last time, so when I woke up this morning I figured I’d just press record and let you guys know first."

"I won’t be long-winded. I think you only get one super emotional retirement essay and I used mine up last year," he joked. “Thank you guys for allowing me to live my absolute dream. I wouldn’t change a thing. I love you all.”

Gisele was one of the first to comment, writing, “Wishing you only wonderful things in this new chapter of your life.” The comment generated over 58,000 likes and almost 1,700 comments. While some were surprised Gisele said anything at all, others felt that the message was insincere.

“That’s what you say when you write inside a retirement card for someone you work with that you only know by name,” one user commented. “Thais is something my ex would say too,” another follower joked.

In October 2022, the popular model and the critically acclaimed NFL quarterback called it quits on their 13-year marriage. The former couple shares two children: son Benjamin Rein and daughter Vivian Lake. Brady is also father to son John with his ex-wife, Bridget Moynahan.

"In recent days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from one another after 13 years of marriage. We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together," Brady said in a statement posted to his Instagram Stories at the time.

"We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way," he continued. "We will continue to work together as parents to always ensure they receive the love and attention they deserve."
