Only about a week after polling her Instagram followers to see who was following her on OnlyFans, the “Teen Mom” star followed up her deleted post with a sizzling boudoir photo shoot that involved her posing in several colorful lingerie sets.

In her latest Instagram post, Leah Messer shared a few photos from a boudoir lingerie photo shoot she did with Autumn Collette Photography and Megan Nicole’s Photography Studio. In one of the photos, she is sitting on the edge of a bathtub with her hands on her hips.
She is wearing an orange bodysuit that shows off her sunned buns, along with thigh-high stockings. Her long hair trails down her back while green vines trail out of the white bathtub, spilling out onto the wooden floor around her.

In another photo, the 30-year-old TV personality can be seen sitting inside the tub. This time, she is covering up her orange bodysuit with a long-sleeve orange robe. She is smiling for the shot as she holds an old-school rotary phone in her lap. She has one manicured hand on the phone as she looks at someone off-camera.
In the caption, Autumn Collette Photography joked, “Alexa, play ‘Flowers’ by Miley Cyrus,” referring to the new Miley Cyrus single that’s rumored to be about her ex, Liam Hemsworth.

In a third snap, the mom-of-three shared a photo that featured her sitting on a bed. She is wearing lacy orange lingerie with matching stockings as she looks back at the camera over one shoulder. The bed is covered with black sheets and there are rose petals scattered on the sheets around her to set a Valentine’s Day mood.

In a fourth photo, it looks like the West Virginia native decided to embrace the black theme. She is kneeling on a red plush cushion in a black gown that is puffed out all around her.
The dress features lacy black sleeves, but the front of the gown is hidden underneath her long brown hair. In the background, colorful heart-shaped balloons are pinned to the wall behind her.

The sheer robe was worn open, giving fans an unobstructed view of her floral corset and matching panties. Leah smiles for the shot, pulling her dark brown hair out of her face with one hand.
