Kelly Ripa had her very own Marilyn Monroe moment but it wasn't on purpose. The 50-year-old "LIVE With Kelly And Ryan" host made everyone chuckle when she dropped a fun throwback showing her caught on live television with her red panties exposed.
The beloved television personality gave everyone a sneak peek of her underwear drawer when she got caught in a windstorm during an interview on the beach. Kelly Ripa wasn't wearing the best attire for the weather battle and the wind won.
Taking to her social media on Tuesday, January 5, Kelly Ripa poked fun of herself by remembering the moment everyone got a look underneath her dress. In the photo, the "LIVE" host is seen wearing a purple flowing dress while taking and colorful lei for the cooking segment in Hawaii.

Kelly Ripa's reflexes weren't up to speed that day. She's photographed attempting to catch one side of the dress with her hand but the other is occupied holding food. Thankfully for fans, her unprotected side is where the camera is and it caught the money shot.

Her friend is "The Talk" co-host Carrie Ann Inaba, who just turned 53 years old yesterday. The duo was away in Hawaii together at Aulani, a Disney resort & spa when the embarrassing incident happened. Despite both being present giving the interview, Kelly Ripa was the only one caught with her dress up.
Kelly Ripa's fans went wild over the funny underwear shot and immediately showed her mad love by commenting on the photo. "Omg that underwear shot ???," one person wrote.

On Monday, Carrie Ann Inaba revealed she "still can’t smell very much or taste very much," despite contracting COVID in December. She also thanked her fans for all their love.
