Ex-'Vanderpump Rules' Star Brittany Cartwright Reacts To Lip Injectio Rumors

Brittany Cartwright took to her Instagram page over the weekend, where she shared a photo of herself in full makeup with her hair down and told her fans and followers that she was doing a "selfie shoot."

After announcing that she and husband Jax Taylor would not be returning for the potentially upcoming ninth season of "Vanderpump Rules," Brittany shared a slideshow of images of herself in a beige bra with her hair in big curls.

"I got glammed up and did a selfie shoot," Brittany wrote in the caption of her photos. 

"It’s important to feel confident in your body especially during quarantine + pregnancy," Brittany explained. "Everything is growing- my lips, my feet, my belly, my boobs lol!"

According to Brittany, it felt good to get all done up, especially amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, which has much of Los Angeles, where she and Jax live, shut down. 

"Getting some makeup on and your hair done can make a huge difference in your mood, I know this first hand! I’m feeling good today and getting excited for a maternity shoot!!" she added.

After Brittany shared her photos on January 2, she received a special message from Jax, who she married in June 2019. 

"God you are so beautiful!! I love you so much," he wrote. 

Brittany also received a message from her former "Vanderpump Rules" cast mate, Stassi Schroeder, who is expecting her first child at some point this month.

"You seriously couldn’t get anymore gorgeous," Stassi stated.

Brittany was then met with another person who accused her of lying about her supposed lip injections.

"Own it girl, nothing to be ashamed of!" the person said.

"I knew I would still have someone acting like they just know I had injections," Brittany wrote. "I swear to you I never have!!! I got my boobs done on national TV and have Done stories getting Botox (pre pregnancy) on my own Instagram. I have never been shy or lied about any of that and honestly have been more open about it than most people I know."

According to Brittany, her full lips are nothing more than a side effect of her pregnancy.

Speaking of her naturally plumped lips, Brittany said she loves that her pout has become some much fuller amid her pregnancy. 

"Your lips grow during pregnancy along with your nose your feet your hair you boobs your belly your butt. I own that girl and I actually love these new plump lips. Spread some love girl and don’t assume to know something about a stranger," she told the fan. 

Brittany and Jax are expecting their first child, a baby boy, in April.
