Kylie Jenner Sizzles In Tiny Bikini Poolside As Construction Work On $15M Mansion Begins

Media personality and top businesswoman Kylie Jenner has begun construction works on the large expanse of land she purchased in the hidden hills neighborhood for a whopping $ 15 million in 2020.

Jenner's new property is close to her family, especially those of Kris Jenner and Khloé Kardashian, and will feature an 18,000-square-foot mansion, a 12-car garage, a security house, and a guest house, among others.

The cosmetics mogul also made sure to set tongues wagging as she shared sultry poolside images from another property owned by her.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star has already begun building a new mega-mansion on the 5 acres of land she purchased in 2020, per Daily Mail.

Jenner paid $ 15 million for the property, which is located between her mother, Kris, and her sister, Khloe, and close to Kim and Kourtney's homes.

Aerial footage of the compound revealed significant progress on the property, with a handful of workers seen operating on the wooden frame of the proposed mansion, which is already taking shape on the sloping hill.

The property will host an 18,000-square-foot mansion, a massive garage, a security house, a guest house, and a pool. According to speculation, she may decide to create an office inside so she won't have to leave the house to handle work-related tasks.

The property was reportedly once owned by singer Miley Cyrus. She bought it in 2015 and used it as a stable, choosing not to build a home there, before selling it in 2018.

The Kylie Cosmetics boss is no stranger to lavish spending on enormous, opulent properties as her portfolio of properties increases.

According to Daily Mail, Jenner owns a $36.5 million mansion in Holmby Hills in addition to her $ 15 million plot of land in Hidden Hills. The building, which has a 19,000-square-foot home with a security house and four guest houses, is classified as a resort compound.

Her current Hidden Hills residence, which she purchased for $ 12 million in 2016, has a 13,200-square-foot house.

Jenner, 25, bought her first house in 2015 at age 17 for $2.5 million, reportedly netting a profit of about $500,000 when she sold it just two years after.

She has also bought and sold several other properties ranging from homes to land to "office homes," to mention a few.

The business mogul and her ex, Travis Scott, recently listed their Beverly Hills mansion for the sum of $21.9 million. The pair both share two children, a daughter, Stormi, 5, and a son, Aire, 1.

Construction works may be going on on her property, but that wouldn't stop the "Life of Kylie" star from having a good time and taking a well-deserved break.

Jenner took to Instagram to share images of herself in a metallic bikini as she lounged by the pool of another of her many properties.

"Happyyyy place," she captioned the photo carousel, as she was seen surrounded by white chairs with matching umbrellas and poolside camper beds.

In one photo, the reality star can be seen with her eyes closed as her hair falls messily by her side. In another beautiful shot of Jenner, she could be seen looking away into the distance while putting on a busty display as the sun hit her skin perfectly.

Fans couldn't keep their fingers off their keypads as they took to social media to react to Jenner's photo.

A fan said, "for me, I'll spend all day on your Instagram waiting for you to post a photo." A second fan who was appreciative of the reality star's looks said, "good work, looking awesome."

One fan was so in love with the reality star's appearance, writing, "that swimsuit... OMG metallic gorge!"
