Jenna Johnson Introduces Son To The World 1 Month After His Birth

Jenna Johnson is completely infatuated! 

It is a moment of joy and excitement as the popular dancer introduces her bundle of joy to the world. One month after his birth, she and her husband, Val Chmerkovskiy, decided to reveal their son to the public and formally introduce him.

The couple has been overwhelmed with happiness since becoming parents and could not wait for the world to see their precious little one. In a new post to her Instagram page, the baby lay on a white blanket dressed in a burnt orange long-sleeve cardigan unbuttoned over matching pants and a white undershirt with little arrows on it.

The tiny tot's eyes were closed with a smile on his face as he balled up his little fists with his legs crossed. Beside him was a wooden plaque bearing his name as the new mom gushed in the caption:

"Rome Valentin Chmerkovskiy ✨✨ Cannot believe it's been 4 weeks of being completely infatuated with you. Thank you for bursting my heart wide open and showing me what unconditional love is. Mommy and Daddy love you so much!!! **The left dimple melts me every time 🥺😭."

Moments after posting, her colleagues and fans flooded it with congratulatory comments. Like fellow "DWTS" pro and mother Witney Carson, who wrote, "CANNOT HANDLE HIM! Love you, Rome! You're the best mama." 

The show's alum Hayley Erbert gushed, "Ahhhhh, he is so perfect!! 😍🥺," while Lindsay Arnold noted, "ROME 🥹🥹🥹 sweet boy, I love you so much!!!!!!." One follower wrote, "Are you kidding me right now? Can HE be ANY cuter!!!!!! Omg! Love!!!!!!! 😍 congratulations 🎉🎈😍💜." 

A fifth follower shared that they loved his name, writing, "He's so precious 🥹😍 and I love his name ❤️❤️❤️," while others posted a string of heart emojis. 

The couple, who tied the knot in 2019 and were quite open about their struggles with infertility, had initially announced in July 2022 that they were finally expecting their first child before sharing that it was a boy in August. 

The Blast reported that the expectant parents revealed that they had welcomed their son in a joint Instagram post. The black and white image featured the new father's hands cradling his wife's while their son held on to her thumb as the caption read, "Our world is forever changed 🤍" alongside his birth date, "1.10.2023." 

As expected, fans and friends of the duo commented on the post with well-wishes. Rumer Willis, who won the 20th season of the dance competition partnering with Chmerkovskiy, wrote, "Congratulations, you two. I can't wait to meet you, sweet boy."

Cheryl Burke noted, "CONGRATULATIONS! 🤍," and Ezra Sosa gushed, "my heart is BURSTING for you, holy crap :’)." A third follower wrote, "Over the moon for you, Jenn and Val!!!! What a moment. Congrats! Sending all the love ❤️." While a fourth noted, "Congratulations, my beauty! What wonderful news.❤️."

After going through years of trying to conceive without success, the TV personality and her husband were pleasantly surprised after finding out they were pregnant. The Blast shared that the talented duo was ecstatic that they had finally become parents like they always wanted to.

Since his birth, they decided to keep his face off social media to enjoy the first few moments alone with him as they should. However, the 28-year-old shared glimpses of their miracle baby in her Instagram story, which showed the 36-year-old sitting in a chair holding their son.

The dancer wore an undershirt over tan-colored pants and white socks as he smiled down at their newborn, who lay on his thighs. The sight was incredibly heartwarming as she wrote below the image, "3 weeks with the absolute loves of my life 🥺🤍."

Earlier, she had lauded her beau for his immense support and efforts at making her feel beautiful while carrying their child. Johnson noted that his loving actions in no way surprised her because they had both wanted to be parents for a very long time, so she did not doubt that he would be a great father.
