"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kenya Moore is being torn to shreds for promoting a weight loss pill that some fans believe is dangerous.

The drama started after the reality star posted a photo of herself holding bottles of Hydroxycut. Kenya is clearly being paid to promote the product and forced a lengthy caption to meet her contract requirements.

She told her followers, "I’m so excited I can finally share my weight loss secrets! You guys have noticed I’ve already dropped a few pounds after partnering with @hydroxycut to lose my Covid weight- just in time for big birthday around the corner. My 12-week transformation is underway! Join me for all my secrets, which include Hydroxycut!"

Fans were quick to rip into Kenya for promoting the product. One said, "This causes kidney failure in African Americans. Don't support them."

Another said "Highly don't recommend" and "you look beautiful as always before and after ... That stuff messed with my heart."

"Be careful with these. You lose the weight but when you stop taking them you will have to workout overtime not to gain back plus more. I've never taken them but I know several people that have."

"You definitely look like you’ve dropped some of the pandemic weight. You look Marvelous my dear! ❤️??," fawned one fan who kept it positive in the comment section.

A disappointed follower told Kenya, "Hydroxycut??? we don't even know all of the ingredients. Whatever happened to fewer carbs and sugar and more exercise? Drink water and do better."

"I tried that years ago but wanted to see faster results so i got a tummy tuck lol. Good luck.," joked one person under the post.

In the past, the weight loss company had issues with the FDA. They have since reformulated their ingredients. The endorsement makes sense because Kenya appears to love any sort of controversy. She recently got into it with her costar Porsha Williams over her BLM activism.

In a preview of next week's episode, Kenya appears to question Porsha's motives for protesting the murder of Breonna Taylor.

Porsha saw the clip of Kenya and expressed her displeasure online. She wrote directly to her costar, "I take it very seriously so all I will say is Kenya I will pray for you over the holidays, and maybe even I can be a beacon of light in your dark heart when it comes to anything Porsha related, or maybe I can enlighten you on the act of *Civil disobedience."

Porsha ended, "I truly hope that in next week's episode you are not questioning nor belittling the effort of the very brave women and men all over the world who stood up and said No justice No peace and have to fight because innocent black men and women are being killed! I know we can do better than this. Let’s stay focused!"

Kenya fired back with a nasty note to Porsha. She told her costar to back up and called her fake. She said, "Since many are fans of RHOA, let's watch the entire season and decide what is real or fake-not just a clip from an episode yet-to-be aired."

She ended, "I'm not here to write a book/get ahead of a bad storyline/play victim/use a good cause to help a bad image. Speaking of Porsha, as a person you have always looked up to and always copies, you can't educate me on anything but how to install a good lace front and be a freak. (no shade as YOU said before the dark heart comment). Please drive you "hate Kenya train" onto the same tracks like the underground railroad you thought existed 5 minutes ago."
