Early season favorite Christina Mandrell was eliminated from "The Bachelor'' on Monday night.

Mandrell wow'ed Bachelor Nation with her vibrant personality and set herself apart from other women in the Bachelor Mansion for her obvious early connection with 'Bachelor' Zach Shallcross. Shallcross, however, wasn't captivated with the whispers of drama amongst the ladies vying for his heart in the house.

The catch? The instigator behind the drama brewing in the Bachelor Mansion had been allegedly attributed to Mandrell! Some ladies in the house had been put off by Mandrell's perceived efforts to steal the spotlight by continuously bringing up her coveted first one-on-one date with the man of the hour.

Once word made its way to Shallcross, The 'Bachelor' quickly nipped the 'thorny' drama in the bud and sent Mandrell packing.

Shallcross, who was first introduced to Bachelor Nation as a contestant competing to win Rachel Recchia's heart on the last season of "The Bachelorette," has been extremely upfront about his viewpoint on the franchise's signature sense of drama from the start. In spite of his vocal distaste for dramatics, some Bachelor Nation viewers were still unhappy with Mandrell's elimination!

Mandrell Has Been Tight-Lipped About Her Elimination So Far

Mandrell, who is a content creator from Nashville, took to her Instagram last night after her elimination episode aired.

The 27-year-old posted a clip wherein she shares her thoughts on receiving the one-on-one date rose, as well as a steamy shot of her and Shallcross locking lips!

In last night's episode, other women in the house claimed Mandrell had intentionally tried to steal Charity Lawson's spotlight after she received a rose. Mandrell proclaimed she was "confused" as to why Shallcross declined to give her a second rose.

Mandrell's Instagram post from last night may not have been focused on her elimination, but this didn't stop fans from dishing about it in the comments!

Bachelor Nation Sounds Off!

Nashville realtor Christen Whitney didn't mince words when sharing her thoughts; "Anyone with eyes can see that was more about Zach not being ready to be a stepdad rather than a girl feeling unsafe."

Mandrell and Shallcross discussed her daughter Blakely May at length on their first date and the possibility that Shallcross could be stepping into the role of stepdad if their relationship went to the next level.

The campaign for Mandrell to become the next 'Bachelorette' has already begun!

"You were the best part of the season!!! Christina for next bachelorette," a fan commented on Mandrell's Instagram post.

Over on Twitter, the buzz around Mandrell's potential Bachelorette reign was going strong!

"omg bachelorette casting call was for 'single dads' does this confirm Christina Mandrell is our next bachelorette," a curious Bachelor Nation fan asked.

"yo we did not sit throjgh [sic] hours of Queen Victoria only to get two episodes of Christina Mandrell. We deserved the villain," @BachelorBroseph tweeted. Queen Victoria commanded the house during Matt James' season of "The Bachelor" before taking a second chance at love on the beach on "Bachelor In Paradise."

Some viewers weren't pleased with contestant Brianna Thorbourne's decision to let Shallcross know her perspective on Mandrell's perception in the mansion.

"This is so early in the season for the girls to already be snitching to Zach. What Christina Mandrell did wasn't cool but it's not enough to start the snitching game this early. You need some real drama if you're going to play the game," a fan tweeted.

"I usually don't comment on these kinds of shows," a viewer tweeted, "BUT, watching what Zach brought on by telling a group of women in the very beginning of the show how he introduced Christina Mandrell to his family only set her up to fail. Most women are catty. He created the conflict. Learn men!"

Shallcross and Mandrell's big date gave serious Peter Weber and Madi Prewitt vibes when he invited Mandrell to meet his family for a backyard soiree. Mandrell and Shallcross' mother ended up pouring over some Shallcross family photo albums!

Other fans were unsatisfied with Mandrell's elimination to the point of making big declarations!

"I don't even wanna watch #TheBachelor anymore. Now that Christina is gone. She and Zach had one of the strongest connections. She reminded me a lot of myself. Bold, strong, and has no filter," a Mandrell fan tweeted.

Even though Mandrell wasn't on the show for long, her legacy within Bachelor Nation seems to have been cemented!

In the previews for last night's episode, Bachelor Nation saw she and Shallcross would be having an intense discussion over her alleged behavior; a teary Mandrell would tell Shallcross, she "didn't want to be the victim" in the situation.

"Okay. Okay. Christina Mandrell literally just turned a villain edit into a victim edit. She is the queen of this game," a viewer proclaimed.
