Heather Rae El Moussa Gives Update On 'New Mommyhood'

Heather Rae El Moussa is assimilating into motherhood quite well!

The "Selling Sunset" star and her husband, Tarek El Moussa, welcomed their adorable baby boy on January 31st. Having allowed herself a few days in her childbirth bubble before sharing the news of his birth, the hot mama recently popped back onto social media to update fans on her motherhood experience while cuddling her baby. She admitted to her supporters that she has been busy with her son and finding her feet on this new motherhood journey. 

The reality star took to her Instagram Story to share with her followers what she has been up to as a new mom and used the opportunity to give a specific detail regarding her new show. 

The new mom revealed this information via a twenty seconds clip that showed her rocking a black sweater with a bold flower design on the front. While holding her baby, who was not in view, Heather said:

"So I have been a little out of commission because I've been busy with a little angel baby boy and just getting used to new mommyhood." 

Further into the video, she shared what her hubby is executing for their upcoming HGTV show. She voiced, "So Tarek is at a reveal today for one of our houses for Flipping El Moussa's and one of our flips." The mother of one ultimately uttered, "And I'm bummed I didn't get to see it, but I would not want to be anywhere else than with my little love today."

Before the update, the real estate agent had gotten candid about being a new mother in her story while she breastfed her bundle of joy. She shared, "I've never been this exhausted, but also this happy in my life,' alongside a praying hands emoji."

News of the El Moussa's newest addition to the family hit the headlines just four days ago after a joint post and later described his birth as "The day our whole world changed," in another joint upload.

The upload showed a heartwarming moment of Heather and Tarek cradling their newborn, whose face was not shown. The amazing couple wrapped their hands around the little infant in a colorful blanket. The caption read:

"Our baby boy is here ? 1.31.23. Mama & baby are happy, healthy, tired but doing well. Our hearts are so happy ❤️."

Though they are yet to share details about their son's name, that didn't deter fans from being thrilled about the wholesome announcement, one fan gushed, "Oh my God you guys, God. bless! No matter how many times you see a child being born it is always going amazing!❤️❤️❤️❤️" Another wrote, "Congratulations!! I knew you were off getting this guy here!! Love to you all!!"

The lovebirds have a lot to be thankful for in this new year. As the birth of their tiny tot was approaching, they added to their multiple streams of income. The Blast noted the real estate power couple finally shared details about their HGTV docu-series "The Flipping El Moussas" after months of hard work and putting together unique content that they co-produced.

Last week, the 35-year-old teased the big announcement on her IG Story while taking a stroll. She said, "Okay, there is an exciting announcement being posted to my feed very soon, so stay tuned." 

Not long after, the love birds made a joint post that featured Tarek's kids, Taylor and Brayden. The caption gave more details about the information Heather had teased earlier. Part of the caption read:

"Everyone get ready for the premiere of The Flipping El Moussas on Thursday, March 2, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on @hgtv (which will also be available to stream the same day on discovery+!!)."

They also noted that the show would come with its challenges and "some battles with budgets," but fans were sure to see some good parts, like the "laughter, chaos, and love that's in our family as we also grow our family too."

The post mentioned, "We are so proud to have co-produced The Flipping El Moussas alongside an amazing production team. We KNOW you guys are going to love it and we're so excited for this adventure in our lives!!"
