Billionaire and business mogul Kim Kardashian keeps raking in the dough.

The reality star recently made an appearance at a hedge fund event in Miami and was reportedly paid $1 million to give a speech about her few months-old private equity firm, SKKY Partners.

As she ascended the stage to deliver her address, Kardashian allegedly got a thunderous round of applause from the audience. Bigwigs from the financial sector, including the well-known entrepreneur Mark Cuban, were also among the main speakers.

Last month, Kardashian also made an appearance at the Harvard Business School for a speaking engagement about her multimillion-dollar shapewear and clothing brand.

According to Page Six, Kardashian finished the weekend $1 million richer after making a speaking appearance at an event during Miami's so-called "Hedge Fund Week."

A source informed the publication that the beauty entrepreneur received the sum to discuss her recently established private equity firm SKKY Partners with her co-founder, seasoned businessman Jay Sammons, at the iConnections Global Alts conference on Tuesday at the Fountainbleu hotel.

The news outlet contacted iConnections CEO Ron Biscardi to ask him to confirm the sum, but he declined to provide a clear response about the specifics of their agreement with the 42-year-old reality star. He said, "We don't comment publicly on [monetary] arrangements with speakers."

It is alleged that each attendee paid a whopping $10,000 to hear the reality star and other financiers speak at the event.

Per reports, those who turned in for Kardashian's panel reportedly filled up the arranged hall and an extra two overflow rooms, despite some other attendees choosing to take a boat excursion rather than hear her talk.

At the event, Kardashian shared the stage with finance industry heavyweights such as billionaire Cuban, Galaxy CEO Mike Novogratz, and Anthony "The Mooch" Scaramucci.

The SKIMS founder reportedly received rancorous applause as she stepped on stage to deliver her speech.

"She received huge applause when she walked out onto the stage. It was standing room only in the room where she spoke, with people spilling into the hallway. We had even more people in overflow rooms where the video was streamed to accommodate the sell-out crowd," Biscardi informed the publication.

The CEO also expressed his delight at the audience's overwhelming support for the mother of four. Biscardi added, "I was happy to see so much support for a female fund manager in an industry dominated by men."

Kardashian's private equity firm was launched in September 2022. The company plans to make "investments in consumer products, hospitality, luxury, digital commerce, and media, "as well as consumer-media and entertainment businesses," per The Wall Street Journal.

In an interview with the publication at the time, Kardashian shared what she was most excited about with the launch of her own equity firm.

"The exciting part is to sit down with these founders and figure out what their dream is," she told WSJ. "I want to support what that is, not change who they are in their DNA, but just support and get them to a different level."

She Recently Gave A Lecture At Harvard

Last month, she gave a lecture at the Harvard Business School, which seems to be a definite indication that more people are interested in what she has to offer in terms of mentoring business-oriented people.

Kardashian took to Instagram to announce her trip to the school, saying that the students had been given the assignment to learn about her multi-million-dollar clothing brand, SKIMS.

"I spoke about our marketing, our challenges, and our greatest wins," she wrote about her lecture, which was for a class on moving beyond the direct-to-consumer business models. "I'm so proud of Skims and the thought that it is a course being studied at Harvard is just crazy."

She also described speaking at Harvard as "one of her bucket list dreams" and was quite elated to have seen it finally come true.
