'The Hurt Locker' Star's Sister Kym Renner Praises His Strength Amid Recovery
After sustaining life-threatening injuries from a snow plow on New Year's day, the star threw his loved ones into despair. The Blast shared that he was trying to clear out the driveway so that they could leave when the machine he was using, which weighs 14,330 pounds, crushed him.

Since then, his family had rallied around him and remained by his side, as his sister updated fans when she spoke to PEOPLE, saying, "We are so thrilled with his progress. If anyone knows Jeremy, he is a fighter and doesn't mess around. He is crushing all of the progress goals. We couldn't feel more positive about the road ahead."
