Erika Jayne Seen Looking Unhappy Amid Tom Girardi $18M Indictment

Erika Girardi was filmed at her Los Angeles home today and she didn’t look impressed. Does Tom’s indictment have anything to do with that?

The disgraced and disbarred lawyer was seen as well today leaving his assisted living home. This is the first time anyone has seen Tom in public since he was officially indicted on stealing $18 million from his clients that included families of victims of the 2018 Lion Air crash.

Tom, who was diagnosed with late-onset Alzheimer's in March 2021, smiled at the cameras through the window as he passed by them from the backseat of the car. He, unfortunately, looks confused and very sickly, we can see why Erika has a hard time having to ignore his call.

He wore a blue collared shirt that was so much more basic than anything Tom would have worn before to his Giardi Keese boutique law office.

The Daily Mail reported that Erika was hosting a few friends and they caught her just as she was opening the gate to let them in. The singer held onto her dog Tiago while her friends piled in and closed the gate behind them.

Erika looked annoyed that the paps here hanging out in front of her gated home, especially seeing as she no longer has the million-dollar earrings and supposedly had nothing to do with Tom any longer.

She did look fly as hell with that annoyed look on her face! The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was wearing a tracksuit in beige and she had her face on but only a mini version of it, nice, light makeup.

The dramatic singer's blonde locks were straightened and laid just past her shoulders. She watches the paps watch her and is probably wondering why they are hanging around this time. We can’t imagine she missed the latest news about Tom.

As we mentioned above, Tom and his co-conspirators, his son-in-law David Lira, and his CFO were indicted for a total of $18 million. The charges stem from two states, Chicago and Los Angeles.

In addition to the Lyon Air money mismanagement, victims of an Indonesian plane crash are also wrapped up in this scheme. Girardi is facing several charges including, fraud and theft. The lawsuit was initially filed in 2020 around the same time that Erika attempted to call it quits from Tom (weird divorce situation there).

Fans of Erika have gotten to see the feisty blonde deal with this drama on RHOBH. Many of her cast members like Kyle Richards, Garcelle Beauvais, Dorit Kemsley, and Lisa Rinna have been supporting the singer during this rough time, but that support can only go so far.

Eventually, people like Sutton Stracke, Garcelle, and even Dorit started to question Erika’s very stoic behavior towards the victims especially when she refused to turn the earrings in and claimed on the reunion that it was for “litigation reasons.”

None of the friends that showed up were on the cast so we can assume that filming still hasn’t resumed.
