In L.A. Girardi was charged with wire fraud after accusations of him embezzling $15 million came to light. Court docs claim that Girardi used the stolen money to cover payroll at the firm, personal expenses, and a very large American Express bill.

The court documentations were very detailed about how the money was embezzled they used a clear step-by-step process of having the money deposited into Girardi Keese accounts and the staff there would make it hell for the victims and their families to collect.

“GIRARDI and KAMON would send and cause to be sent lulling communications to the clients that, among other things, falsely denied that the settlement proceeds had been paid and falsely claimed that Girardi Keese could not pay the settlement proceeds to clients until certain purported requirements had been met, such as addressing supposed tax obligations, obtaining supposedly necessary authorizations from judges, and satisfying medical liens and other debts.”

The deeper you read, the more disgusted you get. Girardi seemed like such a stand-up guy on RHOBH. Looks like what we see on reality TV really isn’t reality.

Many believed that Tom’s wife, reality star Erika Jayne (Girardi) would have to take the fall somehow for Tom’s bad behavior because he was experiencing some challenges with his health. It was reported that soon after the crap hit the fan, he was diagnosed with Dementia and as we hear from Erika on RHOBH, he would call her confused sometimes from the senior living home.

The p***y-popping singer also shared that Tom was struggling with his memory long before this situation went down; she recalled him constantly retelling the same stories and sometimes snapping at her after a really bad car accident where he flipped his car.

The court docs had nothing to say about Girardi’s failing health, but they sure did list the wire communications and what banks were involved like JP Morgan, Chase, First Century Bank, and a few banks in Washington and New York.

Clearly, Tom and associates were keeping busy.
