Mulatto Is Heading Towards Direction Of Changing Stage Name
Mulatto continues to be a star but many critics still aren't feeling her stage name. This is due to it being viewed as offensive to biracial people. She spoke toThe Shade Room and said that the change is "in the works" but will take time due to her already having money and other investments into the name.
"It's still in the works, like, people gotta understand too that, at this level in an artist's career that's not just something that happens overnight," Mulatto said. "Or, it's not something that even happens period because it's so much money and investments on the line when you do that...but it's definitely in the works, like, I'm considering it for sure."
