"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne was spotted without her wedding ring on after arriving at Kyle Richard's mansion amid her growing legal issues.
Page Six first broke the story, Erika was photographed driving around Los Angeles without her massive diamond rock on her hand. The decision to remove the piece is not that surprising given the accusations of embezzlement against her and her estranged husband Thomas Girardi.
Erika drove herself over to Kyle and Mauricio's home in Encino for a little chit chat during the growing scandal.
In the snaps, Erika looked extremely carefree and unbothered for someone who allegedly helped steal money from orphans of people killed during a plane crash.
As The Blast previously reported, a federal lawsuit was filed against Erika and Thomas over millions owed to his former clients. In the suit, the plaintiffs claim Thomas diverted the money owed to his clients to fund his "lavish lifestyle" with Erika.
One creditor claims Thomas sent Erika nearly $20 million-dollars to her entertainment company. They believe it was an attempt to hide their assets.
It appears Kyle is standing by her costar amid the nasty claims. Her other costar, Dorit Kemsley, has been commenting on positive messages underneath her photos. Sources close to Erika have been planting stories left and right about her not being aware of any alleged illegal activity that went down.
Earlier this year, Erika filed for divorce from Thomas after 21 years of marriage. She is asking the court to award her spousal support. The "RHOBH" star also admitted she was unaware of the true extent of their martial assets.
After being hit with the massive lawsuit, Erika thought it was a smart idea to start selling her designer clothes on a French app. She was hawking previously worn gowns from Chanel, Marc Jacobs, and Stella McCartney for thousands. The plaintiffs suing Erika filed a motion for contempt asking the court to order the reality star to cease the sale. They believed the items might be community property and owned by Thomas. They felt the expensive clothes could be used to pay off various creditors.
At the hearing this week, the judge heard from both parties and make his decision. He told Erika's lawyer she must immediately stop selling the clothes or selling any assets.
In separate news, Thomas's creditors forced him into Chapter 7 bankruptcy. His former law firm partners and other people owed money are asking the court to approve an involuntary petition. They accuse him of owing millions in debts that he refuses to pay.
Thomas has yet to respond to the bankruptcy in court.
