The Hollywood hunk revealed to Men's Health Magazine that getting enough sleep is one of his main secrets to never aging and maintaining a good physique, more so than doing cardio, lifting weights, or dieting.

"Sleep," Rudd explained to the magazine. "Then diet. Then weights. Then cardio. People ask me, 'Can you send me your meal plan? How many times a week do you work out? Do you drink? Do you eat carbs? Do you have a cheat day?' The most important part of training is sleep."

Rudd continued by recommending eight hours of sleep, saying that skipping it or altering one's schedule to go to the gym is bad and a "disservice to themselves."

In his conversation with Men's Health, the "Avengers: Endgame" actor said that while some people find routines uncomfortable, he finds them comforting, especially when it comes to staying fit and healthy. "Routine is a human need. It's grounding in a really positive and healthy way," he noted.

Rudd also described a typical day in his life: "I get up and I have a cup of coffee, and then I do cardio before I eat anything. I never would've done that before Ant-Man. I lift weights, hopefully at least three times a week."

Before explaining how training has helped him establish a consistent relationship with his body, he made it clear that straying from his routines makes him uncomfortable.

The actor, whose anti-aging persona has been a topic of discussion among fans, was questioned about it in his Men's Health interview. He was asked if he noticed he wasn't aging as quickly as other men his age.

"I see some things that people are politely not acknowledging. I'm certainly happy that people don't say the opposite. Like, God, he looks a hundred years old! It's flattering, but at the same time, I never know what the response is supposed to be," he explained.

He added, "Come to think of it, I wouldn't know how to respond, either. Because who knows what's responsible for it? It's almost certainly an alchemy of genetics and all the resources available to a rich actor who needs to look his best to land more roles that make him richer and richer. And gallons of moisturizer."

'Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania' Premiere In Sydney, Australia

In advance of the "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania" premiere in Sydney, the former People's sexiest man alive showed he's aging gracefully and was captured on camera looking sharp as he arrived in Australia, according to Daily Mail.

Rudd was pictured Wednesday alongside his Marvel co-star, Jonathan Majors, in Australia.

The actor was dressed in a navy spray jacket with a hood. He also wore long trousers, boots, and a hat while pushing his suitcase behind him. He finished off his ensemble with a pair of reading glasses.

Majors, 33, dressed casually in a black hoodie, a black trench coat, and loose-fitting jeans. He also wore boots and was dressed up with a black cap and sunglasses.

The pair have arrived in Sydney and will attend the red carpet premiere of their Marvel film "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania," which will be released in theaters on February 16.

In the film, Rudd will reprise the role of Scott Lang/Ant-Man, whose super suit enables him to shrink as tiny as subatomic particles and to grow incredibly gigantic too.
