Tisha Campbell and Duane Martin finally settled their divorce and are officially single after a very public battle that involved lots of drama, accusations and even a restraining order between the two stars.

In the former couple's divorce judgment, obtained by The Blast, Tisha and Duane were granted single status as of December 16th. The court documents outlined all the details of the couple's split, including their custody arrangement. According to the judgment, the stars will share joint legal and physical custody of their son Ezekiel. They also agreed not to make any derogatory remarks about each other in the presence of, or within hearing distance of their son ... which may be difficult, considering the bitter breakup between the two.

As we previously reported, the former "Martin" star filed for divorce from her ex Duane Martin after over 20 years of marriage. Tisha claimed irreconcilable differences as her reason for filing and listed the separation as Christmas Eve of 2017. Aside from their financial issues, Tisha and Duane also fought in court over domestic violence allegations.

Last January, Tisha was granted a temporary restraining order against Duane, claiming he has been physically abusive in their relationship for years. Tisha claimed the most recent abuse happened last year when and stated that Duane allegedly "grabbed me by my arm to try to get me in the bedroom."

For his part, Duane refuted all of Tisha's accusations.

In an affidavit, obtained by The Blast, Tisha says the physical abuse began months after their wedding in 1996, claiming:

"I had been emotionally, mentally and physically abused. I kept things hidden from my family his family our friends and the public, save a few very close friends and people who may have witnessed, over the past two decades, filing it away in the back of my mind to protect my family, the community and the pubIics’ persona of my spouse." Tisha later filed a police report with LAPD, and claimed Duane attacked her after arguing over money issues.

Although the split with Duane is difficult, Tisha has been leaning on her sons, Ezekiel and Xen, for strength during the tough times.
