It is no wonder that the Bravolebrity shared pictures of herself at the gym again after she clashed with fans who accused her of using artificial means to achieve a slimmer frame days ago. In a recent update, the “Halloween Ends” actress elucidated her trimmed muscular arms while seated for a mirror selfie at the gym.

The “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” star looked sporty in a social media post she shared on Tuesday after what seemed like a steamy workout session in her private gym. She shared the image on her Instagram Story with her four million followers.
Richards looked serious as she did not have a smile on her face. She donned a black vest with a skull design in the chest region and held the camera with her left hand. Her revealed shredded arms stole the spotlight as they looked solid and well-structured.
The 54-year-old styled her brunette hair in a messy updo bun but left chunks of hair to fall on either side of her face. From the picture, she was in a sizable gym with several training machines lined perfectly in the background.
Over the snapshot, she wrote, “KEEPING YOU UP TO SPEED SINCE I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS IN MY DM’S, WILL ANSWER SOME SOON.” She also noted that she was starting her next rounds of workouts on the “WEIGHTS” before tagging her fitness coach.
Fans would recall that nearly two weeks ago, fans accused the “The Call” actress of using Ozempic, a type 2 diabetes treatment that is being used off-label as a weight-loss medication to achieve her perfectly toned figure. However, an earlier report by The Blast noted how Richards wasn’t letting such accusations float around.
The reality star was minding her business when a promotional Instagram post on Page six concerning her impressive body transformation triggered reactions from trolls who were convinced that Richards was not being honest about how she reached her body goals.

She wore a pair of sunshades to protect her eyes but left her toned abs, flat stomach, petite waist, and amazing fitted legs to receive vitamins from the sun.
This relaxing image captured a follower’s attention who wanted to know the dos and don’ts of achieving their desired weight. They noted that they started to go to the gym but had “no results.”
Richards quickly spilled the whole tea, writing, “NO alcohol, bread, pasta, sugar. I eat protein, fruit and vegetables,” She wrote. “Now that I am the weight I want to be, I will have the occasional small amount of pasta etc once in a while. But no alcohol since July 15.”
The post’s comment section was filled with fans praising her body, some dragging her for misleading people about how she achieved her weight loss, and a few coming straight to her defense. Likewise, Richards had to shut down several claims that she went under the knife, assuring fans that she has a strict diet to complement her gym mentality.
