“A messy life isn’t something the perfect plan will fix or your next purchase will solve. It’s just life. It’s messy for all of us. Yes, you could probably be a little more organized, but still your life will be messy. Maybe all you need to do is stop telling yourself it should be flawless. Maybe all you need to do is stop hoping for something no one has.” ⁣⁣

While Lindsie is beginning to accept her parents’ sentence, Savannah can’t wrap her head over the unfair jail term her parents got. A few days ago, The Blast reported that the second daughter of Todd and Julie lamented her parents’ jail term in response to a newly convicted murderer.

On her Instagram stories, Savannah posted a breaking news headline showing a mugshot of the convicted killer and his offense.

The headline report read, “A man who confronted, shot, and killed another man who was walking with his two children last year was sentenced Wednesday to 13 years in prison.” Savannah compared the said murderer’s prison sentence with her father, Todd.

As you may already know, the businessman is currently doing his 12-year sentence in Florida at the Federal Prison Camp Pensacola for tax and fraud evasion. Savannah seemed pissed that her father had gotten such a longer term as the newly convicted murderer. Requesting a reasonable explanation for the justice system, Savannah wrote, “Hmmm…make it make sense.”

In a subsequent post, the 25-year-old expressed her frustration about the justice system in a video. “Something I really wanna address about the last thing I posted, ” she said. “I’m getting some responses saying he pled guilty.”

She continued, “so you’re telling me he pled guilty to taking a human life? So, therefore, the sentence doesn’t need to be as much. We live in a world where money means more than a human life.”
