Model Jen Selter is putting her sunned buns on display for her followers yet again, only this time, she doesn’t appear to be at the beach.
Instead, it looks like the 29-year-old fitness influencer is lying on the back of the boat and taking a nap in her blue thong bikini. Fans can’t imagine how Jen would be able to sleep with the boat rushing over the waves, but she looks as peaceful as can be as she shared a video that features her focusing on some much-needed “self-love, self-care, and self-growth.”

In another recent Instagram video, set to a remix of Whitney Houston’s hit song “I Wanna Dance With Somebody,” Jen takes a nap on the back of a boat in a bright blue bikini. Her sunned buns are in full view for her fans as she rests her head on her arms. The boat passes under a bridge and drives through the water at record speed.
“HAPPPY FRIDAY LOVESS!! Extra heavy on self-love, self-care, and self-growth right now,” Jen wrote in the caption as fans showered her post with love.

“This is so dope,” one fan commented. “The Great and Beautiful Queen,” another follower gushed. “Very gorgeous,” a third fan chimed in. “Good morning Jen! Have a great Friday. You are very beautiful,” another follower shared as fans continued to shower the post with heart-eye and fire emojis.

In another recent Instagram recipe video set to the tune of Natalie Cole’s iconic song, “This Will Be (An Everlasting Love),” Jen shared her 33-second recipe for coconut cashews, which she describes as the “perfect snack.” In the video, Jen melts coconut oil in a skillet over the stovetop before she begins to add the cashews.
She adds in some coconut sugar and coconut flakes and even had her father make an appearance to taste test them. After they were officially “Dad Approved,” Jen took her bowl of snacks to the computer so she would have something to much on while she worked.

In the caption, Jen wrote, “THESE COCONUT CASHEWS are super easy to make and are the perfect snack. If you want to roast cashews on the fly toasting them in a skillet is the way to go! It’s much quicker than the oven-roasting method, but you will need to stir the nuts more frequently to help them brown evenly!!”
There are only four ingredients in this recipe: 1 cup of cashews, 2 tbsp coconut sugar, 2 tbsp coconut oil, and 1/3 cup of coconut flakes. To make it, Jen instructed her followers to heat a large skillet over medium-high heat before adding the coconut oil, coconut sugar, and cashews to the pan. She told her followers to shake or stir to combine before topping them off with some coconut flakes.
Jen told her followers to cook for only 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently to make sure each nut makes contact with the hot pan. When the nuts reach the “desired color,” Jen says to remove them from the heat and let them cool before eating or putting away for later!
