Paige VanZant Shares Inside Look At Workout Routine

Paige VanZantis currently signed to All Elite Wrestling, as a wrestler, and to Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, as a boxer.

The former MMA fighter is staying in shape despite not having a flight lined up as she just shared not one, but two different workout videos.

The former UFC fighter shared a video of herself working out and training in the gym. Her main focus seemed to the glutes, but she also can be seen doing some sit-ups to work out her abs and stomach area.

She tagged Just Lift Studios in the caption.

Many of VanZant's fans took to the comments section to support the former UFC fighter.

"Do it for yourself nobody else you always look good," one user commented. "Your perfect and beautiful! ???," another said.

A third chimed in, "Awh your absolutely beautiful girl x ?."

Paige VanZant shared another video to Instagram, this time showing off her back workout, but once again tagging Just Lift Studios.

Her long blonde hair falls onto her back and she pulls down the bar and works out her back.

Fans once again commented on the video, writing things such as "Looking good beautiful" and "She’s just built different ???????."

Another said, "Awh your absolutely gorgeous girl x ?."

Others noticed the former MMA fighter no longer had a boot on in her workout videos. Not long ago, Paige VanZant shared a Reel to Instagram, which began by showing her jumping off a flight of stairs on the outside deck and into a pile of snow, in nothing but a bathing suit. The video then showed an x-ray of VanZant’s foot, which then zoomed into the pinky tote area, showing fractures in the bone.

"Where's your boot," one fan asked as another said, "How is your foot. Boot off,so all good to go?"

At one point in time, VanZant refused to go the OnlyFans route and decided to make her own fan site, saying in an interview, “I work hard for my body. I work hard for who I am, and there’s a side of me that’s extremely girly and feminine, and I get to share that on my fansite.”

“Now I think it’s becoming a lot more acceptable. Before, OnlyFans was seen more for just like porn stars. It was a little bit more X-rated, just the view from the public. Not saying that’s actually what people have on there, but I wanted to do it my own way. I wanted to do it professionally and have my own website and that’s what I’ve done,” she continued.

However, she has since changed her mind about her view with OnlyFans, joining the website.

“I don’t have to, when I’m done fighting, get a regular job and have to go back to work,” she said on her decision to move to OnlyFans. “I’m not planning for when I retire to go to college or try to figure out what’s next in my life. I’m able to just fight and save money and plan when I want to retire, I can just retire.”
