Riley Keough Shares The Last Photo She Took With Her Mother, Lisa Marie Presley

Riley shared the heartbreaking final photo she took of her mom on her Instagram page four days after her first tribute. In the caption, she wrote, “I feel blessed to have a photo of the last time I saw my beautiful mama.” Riley also tagged fellow actress Georgie Flores and said she was “grateful” to her for taking the precious shot.
Although she posted it today, Flores took the photo on January 8th at West Hollywood’s Formosa Café, per Us Weekly. The mom-and-daughter duo was there to celebrate Elvis Presley’s 88th birthday, 45 years after the “Can’t Help Falling In Love” singer passed away. “Elvis” film lead actor Austin Butler and director Baz Luhrmann were also present at the event.

Lisa Marie is survived by her 77-year-old mom, Priscilla Presley, and three daughters. While she was her father’s only child, Presley had a half-brother, Navarone Garibaldi.
The songwriter shared Riley and her late son, Benjamin, with her first husband, Danny Keough. She also had twin girls, Finley and Harper, with her fourth husband, Michael Lockwood.
She Wrote A Touching Eulogy For Her Mother Lisa Marie Presley

Riley, who was too emotional to give her eulogy at her mother’s memorial, had her husband, Ben Smith-Petersen, deliver it in her stead.
The emotional tribute opened with Riley thanking Lisa Marie for being in her life. “Thank you for being my mother in this life. I am eternally grateful to have spent 33 years with you.”
Smith-Petersen continued, “I’m certain I chose the best mother for me in this world, and I knew that as far back as I can remember you.”
The heartfelt eulogy had a hidden gem within it, and that was the fact that Lisa Marie had become a grandmother before her unfortunate death.
Lisa Marie Presley Was A Grandmother

In Riley’s eulogy, which her husband, Smith-Petersen, read out, she said, “I remember how safe it felt to be in your arms. I remember that feeling as a child, and I remember it two weeks ago on your couch. Thank you for showing me that love is the only thing that matters in this life.”
Smith-Petersen continued, “I hope I can love my daughter the way you loved me, the way you loved my brother and my sisters.” This beautiful and shocking part of the tribute revealed that Lisa Marie was a grandma prior to her passing.
Via Daily Mail, the actress was photographed with a baby in her arms before the commencement of the memorial.
‘Thank You For Trying So Hard For Us’

Concluding the beautiful eulogy, Smith-Petersen, in his wife’s stead, thanked Lisa Marie for encouraging Riley during her lows and teaching her to care for others. The late singer also taught her daughter to be courageous, hardworking, and “wild.” Nevertheless, she helped Riley to control her temper and have good manners. The tribute also revealed that Riley inherited her mother’s “sense of humor.”
In the final lines of the tribute, Smith-Peterson read, “I’m a product of your heart, my sisters are a product of your heart, my brother is a product of your heart. We are you, you are us, my eternal love.”
Admitting in her eulogy that she didn’t say how she felt about her mother, Lisa Marie, enough while alive, Riley hoped that the singer knew “how loved” she was by her family.
Her husband ended the tribute by simply saying, “Thank you for trying so hard for us. If I didn’t tell you every day, thank you.”
