Gymnast Shawn Johnson Shoots Daggers at Hubby for Interruption

Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson just showed that she does not just demand razor-sharp focus and concentration when it comes to the balance beam. The 28-year-old star was trying to get some promo work done on social media and plug an advertisement to her near 3 million Instagram followers when Shawn's husband, Andrew East, thought it was a good time to try and annoy his world-class wife. Andrew learned pretty quickly, however, that the gymnast can only be pushed so far before the serious face goes on.

It all went down when Olympian Shawn Johnson hit up Instagram over the weekend on her Stories to drop some plugs for the popular bedding company, Boll & Branch, which Shawn touts as the only bedding she uses, and that she's "obsessed." She even went so far as to purchase a bunch of bedding and blankets for holiday gifts to her family and friends, and gave fans a 25% discount code to use on their own purchases.

However, Shawn's husband didn't quite get the message when he saw his wife delivering the sponsored message.

While reading her copy, Shawn Johnson's husband smashed her in the face with a pillow. Unaware that a pillow war had been called, Shawn was caught off guard and immediately shot daggers at her husband ... who knew he had messed up.

"DON'T do it again," Shawn said to her husband in the tone that everyone in a relationship can decipher immediately.

The response immediately triggered an apology from her husband, and Shawn rolled her eyes into the camera while getting back to the matter at hand.

Although she was definitely annoyed at her husband when the incident went down, Shawn Johnson clearly has a ton of love for Andrew East and the two are known for always having a good time together.

Earlier in the week, the Olympic gymnast showed that she still has world-class flexibility by latching on to her husband like a spider monkey in a one-sided cuddle session. While pinning Andrew down to a chair, Shawn showed no mercy while getting in her snuggles.

Shawn Johnson and Andrew East have been together for over 8 years, first meeting when he was a long snapper for the Vanderbilt University football team, and Shawn was competing for the mirror ball trophy on "Dancing With the Stars." They dated for four years before tying the knot in 2016 during a rustic wedding ceremony in Franklin, Tennessee.

They welcomed their first child into the world last year, a daughter named Drew Hazel East, who they named after Shawn's father.
