Gymnast Nastia Liukin Bends Leg In Open Shirt From Her Bedroom

Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin and her jaw-dropping body are back on the 'Gram. The five-time Olympic medalist, followed by 1 million, is bringing fresh new content via her just-launched YouTube channel, with an Instagram post on Thursday repping it and seeing the 31-year-old ask fans what they want to see. Nastia, who just wowed walking across a gym on her hands, was in her Dallas, TX bedroom for this shot – selfies are pretty standard for the blonde, with this one 100% for the keep pile. Scroll for the photo. Nastia, whose 2008 all-around Olympic champion status got mentioned in her YouTube kickoff, had posted from her all-white bedroom and showing off her lit-up pink Christmas tree.

Eyes likely weren't on the tree. Nastia, in tiny tan knit shorts flaunting her endlessly-long legs, also sported a tiny matching bralette, with a white linen shirt worn open as the blonde snapped herself.

"Okkk now that my youtube has officially launched, what do you guys want to see? drop your video suggestions below!," Nastia wrote.

Nastia retired aged just 22 back in 2012. Earlier today, Nastia posted with a little mental health awareness and a giant reminder that shes maintained her skill-set – seemingly with zero effort, the Moscow-born sensation made her way across a blue-floored gymnasium on her hands as she let fans know what's coming. Tagged and mentioned was fellow gymnast Alicia Sacramone Quinn, with Nastia writing:

"@aliciasacramonequinn and I have teamed up to compete against each other in a fun fitness competition called The Big Fight to raise funds and awareness for a cause close to both of our hearts—mental health awareness."

Nastia, who opens up about plenty, from her pantry Oreos and dog Harley to her love of interior design, has however warned fans that not everything will be shared. Her caption-mentioned question today sparked plenty of requests, though.

"Your favorite routine of all time!" one hopeful fan wrote.

A "leotard" show was also requested –2020 has seen Nastia clap back that she isn't too old to wear one – with one fan seemingly keen to just see the food and booze – "I want to see you and a friend sit down and crush some wings and a few beers, or a big nasty burger with all the toppings," they wrote.

The fan wanting to see Nastia plough some wings might want to check her recent Instagram activity. Nastia turned 31 on October 30. The beauty blogging-lover kicked the day off by flaunting a massive tray of sprinkle birthday donuts, then hopping over to Shake Shack for a celebratory burger, complete with a candle in it.

Nastia is fresh from a major anorexia clap-back. A fan asking Liukin how she feels about "promoting borderline anorexia looking bodies" did not see their comment well-received.
