"I didn't think anything of it but the next day, I got an email from 'Drew Barrymore.'"

Her followers enjoyed the story so much that many of them tagged Drew Barrymore in the comments, because everyone knew she needed to see this. A few days later, something unexpected happened.

"I got a Facebook message from one of the producers of the show asking me to contact them," she said. "I thought, am I being scammed again?" Feret replied to the email and quickly realized it was not a scam this time around. "They said they wanted more of the backstory and maybe I can be on the show in the future. So, then the producer and I talked on the phone and while we were chatting about the story, she said she had to take a phone call and the Zoom paused."

After a little chat talking about the scam email, Barrymore dropped a bomb on Feret saying she will fly her to New York City from her home of Illinois to be on the show, meaning her dream come true to meet Barrymore is about to become a reality.

"I don't know yet when, but they said it will be in the next couple of months," Feret said. "I've never been to New York. It will likely be a mom trip and I'm just so excited to see a place I've never been to and to meet Drew Barrymore."

Feret also said she loves how this entire adventure began and how it's playing out. "I love that the origin of this was someone trying to mess with me," she said. "I hope they see all this."
