The "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star announced on Instagram that she would not be accommodating Cohen's request for a sit-down conversation.

"On January 6th, I stood before Judge Stein and asked him to see me not as a fictionalized character, but as the real Jen Shah. I am now at a point, legally, emotionally, and mentally, where I can answer questions and provide a few unknown details about my case. I want and need to share these critical facts. I owe it to those that love and support me to hear the truth," Shah wrote.

"This specific 1 on 1 interview was not part of my RHOSLC reality TV contract. I promised myself and my loving family that I would not allow this portion of my life to be sensationalized or inaccurately conveyed," she said.

The TV personality continued, "I would rather remain silent and wait until I am able to accurately share my story than continue having complete lies and misrepresentations about me smeared across the headlines," after regrettably acknowledging those "who have been hurt by my actions and my inability to control my own narrative."

Shah then conclusively revealed that she would share the details of the whole story soon for everyone to know.

Andy Cohen Says Her Absence On The Show 'Will Be A Big Loss'

During the same episode of "Sirius XM" where he pointed out that he wanted to interview Shah, Cohen also acknowledged that her absence from the "RHOSLC" show "will be a big loss."

He pointed out that the network has "great casting for next year" before he commented on fans' curiosity about whether or not Shah will be on the show.

"Do you understand that this woman is being sentenced to jail on January 6th?'" he explained. "They're not gonna give her no time. So you tell me, is she on the show? Like, what do you want me to say about whether she's on the show? She's going to serve her time. So you tell me, is she on the show or not? I don't understand what people want me to say…. It seems like the judge figured it out for us, didn't he?"
