In a recent upload, the "Family Affair" singer elucidated the outfits she wore to her birthday party at New York City's Cipriani Wall Street. The 52-year-old posted a five-picture update that gave viewers black girl magic vibes.
Blige stole hearts with her plunging silver mini-dress adorned with diamonds. She accessorized the apparel with a platinum blonde high knot hairstyle at the crown of her head, flawless makeup, silver wrap-around strap heels, and heavy-set bejeweled necklaces.
A close-up picture showed her gorgeous cut-crease eyeshadow look with smokey eyeliner, long eyelashes, and nudish pink lipstick on her brown-lined lips. This image caused viewers to focus on her slender neck and busty assets, however, her diamond chains and big diamond-encrusted hoop earrings stole the spotlight.
In the last slide, Blige debuted a hot pink corset and matching asymmetrical miniskirt with sparkly knee-high boots and oversized sunglasses. Another image revealed a huge black and white fur coat. The singer-songwriter mirrored confidence in every pose, and the post's accompanying caption read:
"WOW!!! What a night!!! It's nothing like partying with people you really LOVE and who LOVES you back!!! That energy was crazy and unmatched!!! Thank you to everyone for all the birthday LOVE!!! I'm so overjoyed and still recovering from Saturday!!!."
The "Body Cam" actress shouted out to the event planner, her stylist, the baker, the DJ, and beverage companies in the concluding parts of her caption. It wasn't long after she dropped the post that her fans trooped to the comments to drool over the iconic beauty.

The 'Family Affair' Singer Is Basking In Million Dollar Deal With BET
Undoubtedly, the multi-hyphenate entertainer closed out 2022 with a big bang. The 12-time NAACP Image Award winner scored a significant deal with her production company, Blue Butterfly, as detailed by The Blast.
Like most artists, Blige is venturing into various fields to bring in the coins. One of which is her lucrative ideas that were encouraged by her production company joining forces with BET to create new projects.
The entertainment company would have a first look at Blue Butterfly Production's non-scripted projects and a second look at their scripted programs. As part of the deal she received from the network, the Hip-hop icon will produce an unscripted talk show called "The Wine Down."
This talk show will bring influential people from various fields, including politics and entertainment, who will join Blige for "raw, provocative, insightful, and real conversations" over a bottle of wine.
Added to the deal is the fantastic opportunity for the Grammy winner to serve as an executive producer alongside her partners Ashaunna Ayars, Nicole Jackson, Lisa Erspalmer, and Davis Entertainment reps John and Jordan Davis.
Blige called BET her "biggest supporter" in the same statement. She said, "Being able to now create together, for them to be so supportive of my vision for the type of content I will create, is something I am grateful and excited for."
One could say the "Mary Jane" singer's 52nd birthday is another big achievement!
