In a recent Instagram post, the popular fitness guru worked out beside the ocean in a bright blue thong bikini that hugged her fit physique. In the video, set to a remix of Britney Spears’s “Toxic,” Jen dons a black baseball cap and a dumbbell that she holds to her chest as she performs a lateral lunge.
She then moves into a squat and press before doing reverse lunges with a leg lift. She then ends the video by putting her booty to work doing squat hop outs, letting her toned booty to the camera.
In the caption, Jen wrote, “You already know…. It’s a new week and fresh start!! I always say to set the tone right for the week and get a sweat in 💪💦 Remember any movement is better than none so just get started! Find all of my workouts programs on the @fitplan_app 😘.”

Jen Shows Her Followers How To Whip Up A Delicious ‘Selter Snack’
In her latest Instagram video, the New York native proved that she is a massive foodie! She loves to create fun recipe videos that usually involve her trying to throw food up in the air and catch it in her mouth! In another recipe video, set to Campbell’s “Beat Goes On,” Jen tells her followers how to make one of her favorite snacks!
“What is your go-to snack at the moment!? If you have a sweet tooth like me, you will love this combo,” Jen wrote in the caption. In the video, she pulls out a whole wheat tortilla, Greek yogurt mixed with chocolate collagen, dark chocolate chips, blueberries, strawberries, and a sliced banana.
In the video, Jen puts the tortilla down on a plate and spreads the Greek yogurt mixture over the top after she cuts a slice into one side of the tortilla to make it easier to fold. She places sliced strawberries on one-quarter of the plate, sliced bananas above it, blueberries beside that, and dark chocolate chips in the final corner.
She then folds it all together and puts it on the stovetop and heats it up. She then steps out onto the balcony to show off her quick creation before she heads back inside to eat it over her kitchen counter.
“Wow! Love it!” one fan commented. “Yummy,” another follower chimed in. “Delicious combo,” a third fan agreed. “I discovered protein chocolate pancakes made more so like crepes and the oil used can be coconut with a scoop of so delicious coconut whipped topping I don’t know how healthy this can be but it’s my new sweet tooth option,” another follower shared. It may not be as healthy as Jen’s recipe but it sure sounds delicious!
