Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin has been tearing up the mat since childhood, and she just shared a video from when she was 12-years-old that will absolutely blow your mind!
The five-time Gold Medal winner just posted a throwback Thursday video of herself from when she was a young child, pulling off one of the hardest floor routines ever! Of course, we know that the Olympian was a good tumbler from an early age, but what she pulls off in this video is insane!

It should be noted that Nastia Liukin went on to become the 2008 all-around Woman's Olympian Champion and this throwback gives you a glimpse of what it took to get to that level!
"12-year-old NL trying to tumble lol," the gymnast captioned the mind-blowing video. Let's be clear, she is being very humble in that caption, in the clip, she perfectly pulls off a routine that looks like one that would be done on the world stage...at the tender age of 12!

"Posh spice reporting for duty ?,” Nastia captioned a steamy snap decked out in a little black dress. The athlete in Luikin still appears in her IG feed, even the black mini-dress was accessorized with a new pair of white Nike sneakers.
As we reported, Nastia even battled a few online trolls who accused her of promoting a "borderline" anorexic body image.
"If taking pictures of my OWN body—a body that won me many Olympics medals, a body that I push each day to get stronger, a body that God gave me—is inherently promoting anorexia, then honestly, we’ve gotten to a place in the world where just BEING is offensive. This is ME. This is my body," she wrote.
