Heather Rae Young Reveals 'Sciatica Is Gone' As Baby Arrival Is Imminent!

Heather Rae Young's bout with sciatica is finally taking a backseat!

Since she announced her pregnancy last July, the reality star has not backed out from sharing some relatable experiences about it with her three million followers and other moms-to-be. One such experience would be the sciatic nerve pain she began feeling just before her first wedding anniversary with Tarek El Moussa. Although she has gone through a range of pain and emotions since then, it seems her troubles are over.

Heather had endured a less-than-jolly holiday due to the "unbearable" pain amid her battle with sciatica. In a baby update at the time, the former Playboy model told her followers:

"It's unbearable, and at this point, I'm peeing like five to six times a night, so I'm rolling myself out of bed, screaming in pain."

The severity of the situation caused her doctors to place her on bed rest, along with a heating pad — a move that might have helped her heal. Taking to her Instagram Story to share some good news ahead of her child's arrival, Heather shared a video of her walking her dog — a black Pug called Bugz — down a street. Talking off-camera, the 35-year-old began:

"Update: my sciatica is home. I just started walking Bugz again yesterday. I haven't exercised or walked in a long time. So, I'm going slow."

She added that she was "trying to take daily walks" until the baby — whose gender was unveiled as a boy last year — arrives sometime this month. Across the 18-second clip, the "Selling Sunset" star listed the tips that helped her, and they were: 

"Resting as much as possible when I could, physical therapy 2 times a week, acupuncture 2 times a week," and alternating ice and heat.

While this news would gladden the hearts of her supporters, we can only hope that sciatica would remain this way following her previous announcement that it was "pretty much gone."

Fans would recall that The Blast previously reported that Heather gave an update where she told fans that the pain was gone. At the time, the soon-to-be mother had used the opportunity of being on the road to film herself in a moving car.

The social media influencer began by greeting her viewers before voicing her hope that their Thanksgiving holiday had gone well. She then dropped her "little Monday update," revealing that she had gone to see her doctor, who ran general check-ups, including measuring her baby's weight and bump.

After noting that she would not have ultrasounds done for the next two weeks, Heather said she would mainly go to the gym to do cardio. Once she got that out of the way, the "Love in the Time of Machines" actress spoke of her sciatic pain, claiming it was "pretty much gone."

Despite that slight relief, she planned to continue her physical therapy sessions, concluding with an update about her and Tarek's work schedules. Heather stated she and the real estate investor had some "film interviews" lined up as they filmed their upcoming reality show, "The Flipping El Moussas."

The stepmother to Tarek's other kids — Taylor and Brayden — wrapped up with a look at the day's outfit, which was a purple sleeveless high-neck blouse paired with crocs and sweatpants. 

While she and Tarek await the birth of their first child together, Heather decided to drop three amazing shots from her maternity photoshoot. Per The Blast, the "Christmas in Compton" star rocked a short brown ruffled gown and simple statement jewelry.

She completed her look with her blond hair styled into a ponytail and a flawless face beat, which was highlighted in the last image. For this, Heather placed her hands on her noticeable baby bump and closed both eyes in an ethereal pose. The real estate agent used the post's caption to indicate what she wanted to see "manifesting" this year. In her words:

"A healthy baby boys arrival, Leaving room in my busy schedule to rest & enjoy this beautiful time in my life with a newborn before going back to filming Selling Sunset & Flipping El Moussas," and "Launching a few new businesses," which she found exciting. 

As expected, the Instagram post gained traction, with her fans giving it over 300,000 likes and 2k+ comments praising her looks.
