Tarek El Moussa is looking forward to the imminent arrival of his third child with his wife, Heather Rae Young, who is set to be a first-time mom.

In July 2022, the couple openly declared that they were expecting parents and as the due date of the child approaches, the former "Flip or Flop" star has been expressive with his emotions by using any available opportunity to share relatable experiences and random advice on parenting to his millions of followers.

Tarek posted a stunning selfie of himself and his gorgeous wife giving an alluring pose on his Instagram page. The 41-year-old wore a green shirt with flattering well-trimmed hair and beard that complimented his eye color.

In contrast, his TV personality wife looked incredible, rocking a cream sweatshirt with her vibrant blonde hair and flawless makeup look. The caption began with an addressing note that gave fans the idea behind the post. Tarek wrote, "Things I'm doing to prepare for our boy," then followed through with a comprehensive list of actions he has been taking before the birth of his newborn that read:

"Spending quality time with Tay and Bray to make sure they know nothing is going to change and that they are so loved by us, helping Heather get anything she needs and reassuring her that we have everything ready for the hospital (she’s in full nesting mode but I’m doing what I can to help ?), being there for heather and the kids and listening to everything they need."

A second part of the message recommended that soon-to-be fathers discuss their readiness for their child's delivery. Tarek wrote, "I swear I don't think I've ever seen a man talk about or post about what they do to get ready for a newborn, but this isn't my first rodeo, and it's something I think should be talked about more!."

To cap off the note, the father of two asked his fans to share other tips for providing comfort to his pregnant wife in the comment section. Without wasting time, his followers rushed to the comments to drop their thoughts and ideas.
