It's debatable how much 'realness' gets shown on reality TV, but many reality TV stars are keeping it real behind the scenes!

Bachelor Nation's Tia Booth just recently became a first-time momma, and now the 'Bachelor' alumna is keeping it real on Instagram. The "Bachelor In Paradise" star has been keeping her content completely transparent lately, and it looks like she isn't slowing down anytime soon.

Earlier this week we shared Booth's documentation of the messages she received after some followers criticized her choice to temporarily enlist a nurse to help with her newborn's nighttime care. Booth and her fiancé welcomed their first child on December 6th.

Booth is continuing to keep it real on social media by transparently opening up about her feelings surrounding postpartum body image.

Some Of Booth's Followers Had Something To Say About One Of Her Personal Parenting Decisions

One of Booth's followers slid into her DMs following the news Booth and fiancé Taylor Mock had hired a night nurse. Booth would share a screenshot of her exchange with the follower on her Instagram story.

"Not trying to be mean," the follower began their DM, "but having a child means taking responsibility and bonding with your baby in the middle of the night when they wake. Not hiring someone to do it for you so you can 'sleep,' they concluded.

Booth responded, "Like I said, it's a luxury to have help a few nights a week. Thanks for your opinion."

She would go on to provide more insight into the exchange.

"Got 3 more that weren't as friendly. It's a temporary service that helps us tremendously as first time parents. I've learned so much from these nurses and will never look back and think d**n I wish I would have been more sleep deprived on those nights we had help?! I'm about to be a better mom during the day when I can THINK & know my baby was so loved on & taken care of the night before. I don't have family here. Neither does Taylor. This is our help a few nights a week! Reminder to keep this to myself," she concluded.

A few of Booth's followers would go on to reference the situation in the comment section of an Instagram post, that appears to be since deleted.

"Unfollowed. The lack of acknowledgment and privilege while complaining and having a NIGHT NURSE is incredibly tone deaf," a former follower had commented. "Had she recognized her privilege while also discussing the hundreds and thousands of dollars she has put into privilege items, it would be different."

On Friday, Booth continued to use her platform to bring attention to another reality she faces as a new mom in the spotlight. She took to her Instagram story to share a few shots where she cuddles her son, used to promote a brand deal.

After sharing the photos, Booth vulnerably detailed some of her thoughts pertaining to her personal struggles with postpartum body image.

Booth wrote, "Full transparency, I hated how I looked in 90% of the photos we took. I'm pretty good at posing my body in the mirror for outfit pics, but seeing my new body unposed really bothered me," she continued. "I know I just had a baby. I know. But it's such a trip seeing a body so different than what you're used to. I guess the point of me sharing is if you're also feeling this way, you're not alone!!! Whether you had a baby or not. I'm excited to slowly start working out again, not only for my physical health but my mental!" Booth concludes.

Her message seemed to resonate with her followers! After posting a photo set featuring similar snapshots to her profile's grid, some of Booth's followers referenced her discussion in the comment section.

"You're a new mom," a follower wrote, "don't worry about working out!- It's suchhh a transitional period. It's ok to slow down!!!!"

"Ma'am, please give yourself some grace," another follower advised Booth, "You literally just had a baby. I know what you met [sic] bc they are work out sets but you are beautiful and your body is amazing. You are doing great!"

"If you want to workout, workout [sic]! But if you want to relax, rest, and spend time with Tatum, d[o] that! You can wear yoga pants either way!" another follower commented.

"Girl take it slow! No need to rush healing or changing your body from the biggest thing it has ever or will ever do!," another follower advised Booth.

"Nope. Just stay cozy and love on that baby," another chimed in.
