Kelly Ripa Slammed While Examining Potato Chips In Tight Pants

Kelly Ripa wasn't Little Miss Popular today. The 50-year-old excitedly examining potato chips was caught on camera as "Live!" filmed its big star on Friday, with the former "All My Children" actress' on-set moment also doubling up as a #KellysFashionFinder. Kelly, who rung in her 50th this month for global headlines, is now seeing herself in the news for having fans slam her – from the pricey Gucci outfit to something suggested just yesterday. That Kelly, per her fans, doesn't eat. Check it out below.

Scroll for the video shared to the "Live! With Kelly and Ryan" Instagram. It showed Kelly getting a little giddy over a cart jam-packed with groceries. The blonde was filmed walking towards the cart stacked up high, with Kelly stylishly outfitted in head-to-toe Gucci and wearing tight black pants, heels, plus a red-and-green patterned shirt.

"I see food," Kelly said as she sauntered over to the food cart. The camera here took in the big bag of potato chips that Kelly was eyeing up.

Keep scrolling for the video. Kelly, seemingly liking what she was seeing, continued: "I find food immediately. That's lightly salted...," she said as she examined the chips: "That means it's... I can eat it."

"I eat all the time," Kelly concluded as she remembered needing to head onto set – five seconds were left in the crew countdown.

Fans have been filling the comments section – just yesterday, Kelly was told she "needs a sandwich," with last night seeing the talk show queen upload a story showing her 10-calorie-per-portion Skinny Girl jam.

Kelly's fans, who tend to be supportive, aren't cutting her much slack.

"Kelly think she cool, she not?," one fan wrote.

Others, meanwhile, made a beeline for the luxury Italian label Kelly was kitted out in. "Kelly should wear clothes that are affordable to the average woman," a user wrote, with another asking:

"How about something from target next? No one can afford this stuff.

Comments just kept on coming. "Sorry, love you Kelly?, but not the top ?," one fan chimed in. Kelly's designer looks, ranging from her Prada belts to her Gianvito Rossi heels, tend not to come cheap. They also tend to prove popular.

The mom of three was shouted out big-time by 48-year-old husband Mark Consuelos – the "Riverdale" actor honored his wife's birthday from over 3,000 miles away as he shoots in Vancouver. Mark posted stunning, lawn-set snaps of Kelly rocking a summery braless sundress. He even called Kelly "so sexy."

Kelly then marked her birthday over on her Instagram, seen examining a huge floral and candle display in the hallway of her $27 million Manhattan townhouse.
