Kristen Stewart doesn’t give a whoop about the Academy or its prestigious awards ceremony.

There’s a lot of Oscar buzz around Stewart for her portrayal of Princess Diana in “Spencer.”

The movie chronicles the late princess’ decision to leave Prince Charles in the winter of 1991.

Stewart recently appeared on Variety’s “Awards Circuit Podcast”, the actress said, “I don’t give a s**t,” about winning the golden Oscar.

She explained why the Oscars are such an obscure thing in her eyes.

The Oscars are such a funny thing. There are so many incredible movies and performances that barely get seen,” she said.

“It definitely says something about where we’re at as a cumulative presence – what we’re looking at, what we care about.”

KStew has never been nominated for an Academy Award.

The last time KStew stopped by the podcast she opened up about paving her way in the directing field.
