Disney's 'Wizards Of Waverly Place' Actor Landed Porn Career After 'Traumatic Experience'

Dan Benson played the goofy klutz, Zeke Beakerman, on Wizards of Waverly Place. After retiring from acting, a nude pic scandal opened his world to porn.

The former child actor hopped on TikTok to share his story “I thought I’d take just a minute to explain how I kind of tripped and fell into doing adult entertainment,” he said to his followers. He revealed “when I was on Wizards of Waverly Place, I would get messages from people all the time, some of those being women that I found incredibly attractive,” he admits. But it quickly turned dark.

“Turns out, messaging those women — who turned out not to be who they said they were — was not the best idea because I would send nude photos to them, and they would take those nude photos and then post them onto online websites.”

Benson described the experienced as “traumatic” as the videos and pics were “all over the web”. He also pointed out that he tried to get the pictures removed and that didn’t go very well.

Benson’s drama went as far as him almost losing a job, not an acting job he had retired from the profession by then. A real-life job. He went on to say, it had a “very big negative impact” on his life.

Benson refused to let the horrible situation take over his life and fought back in an unconventional way. “Eventually I decided to stop fighting against it and instead go the other direction and completely lean into it,” he said. “Instead of letting these people sell my privacy, my — you know what I mean — I decided to say, ‘All right, screw you, I’m gonna sell it myself.’”

The actor dived into a few details about what he is calling an “adventure”. He started about a year ago and has been loving the experience. “I’ve been having a tremendous amount of fun,” Benson shared. “I met a lot of great people in the adult entertainment industry, and it’s changed my life for the better.

He went on to share that it wasn’t his original plan, obviously to be in this industry, but he is happy to have found it. “Sometimes you just have to roll with the punches,” he added. “Don’t do what I do, necessarily, unless you want to.”

The Disney Alum is garnering a lot of attention for his new post and his childhood fans are stunned at his new job title. “Not gonna lie at first I did not recognize you were Zeke from Wizards of Waverly Place,” admitted one fan.

“Disney's pr team is SWEATING over this video,” pointed out one fan.

“Regardless of your decision to lean into the industry, I’m incredibly sorry for the violating of privacy you had to live through. That’s horrible,” one fan apologized for the indiscretions he had to deal with.

Finally, one person thought it was kind of amusing. “This was not on my bingo card.”
