Rebel Wilson's giant vodka bottle workout needs to be seen to be believed. The "Pitch Perfect" actress, this weekend perfecting her gym skills, updated her Instagram with a glamorous take on busting bicep moves yesterday – Rebel, 40, was rocking a seriously tiny and Gucci minidress from a yacht, also proving that building muscle isn't a bore in her books. Rebel continues to make headlines for dropping 39 pounds on her weight-loss journey. Check out the Monaco video and replies below.

Scroll for the video now sitting at 1.2 million views. It showed the Aussie, who vowed to make "positive changes" in 2020, on a luxurious yacht out in Monaco and with boyfriend Jacob Busch. The actress showed her sense of humor from the get-go as fans saw her bicep-curling a mammoth and 4.5-liter vodka bottle.

"Hey guys, I'd like to show you my new workout routine," the star began, adding: "Basically, we are just going to work the biceps."

And those biceps got worked big-time.

Rebel, not one to fall short on the sarcasm front, kept a total poker face as she showcased her shrinking waist in her red-and-white minidress, adding that she was "just trying to tone the arms" and oh-so-casually mentioning that her weight today was, indeed, a 4.5-liter vodka bottle.

"You really just want to feel that burn," Rebel continued, with fans getting various moves including the blonde lifting the giant bottle well over her head. "And then you run up and down the stairs...and then that's basically your arm workout for the day!"

Rebel made headlines last month for revealing she's now 17 pounds away from her "goal weight." The "Bridesmaids" star even admitted she's still putting necessary limits on tempting treats, but her message was one of immense gratitude.

"Thanks for all the love so far on my 'Year of Health' journey - when I was reaching for the candies last night after dinner I thought to myself “hmmmm...better not” and had a bottle of water instead."

"8kg’s to go until I hit my goal - hopefully I can do it by the end of the year," she added.

Rebel, followed by over 7 million on Instagram, now sees both fans and celebrities weighing in. "Orange Is The New Black" star Ruby Rose wrote that she was "jealous of everything" that was going on in the video. A fan, meanwhile, wrote:
