Amanda Kloots is opening up about her fears!
Losing a partner is tough, and grieving even more so. Still dealing with not having her life partner beside her, she talked about her fears concerning grief.

After going through the unfortunate event, the star took her sorrow and, instead of secluding herself, decided to help others going through the same thing by dropping advice.
Recently she posted a screenshot of herself and a fan's question on her Instagram story. The mother-of-one could be seen in the selfie sporting blonde hair, a makeup-free face, and a plain round-necked t-shirt.
The DM read, "Seems like you move forward, and then sometimes you take two steps back," to which she responded, "I think that's the definition of grief." She explained further at the bottom of the snapshot in a separate text that read:
"I never mind taking two steps back. That's how we learn, grow and evolve."
The actress noted that taking baby steps helped to keep one learning from the experience they have gone through to avoid being stuck, adding, "That's my biggest fear." She ended the caption by writing:
"Grief changes you. It makes a lot of things very clear in life. In clarity, there is power."
The initial post that brought about the DM conversation was of the Broadway actress disclosing to fans that she had just finished taping an interview on Michael Cruz Kayne's "A Good Cry" podcast. She noted that it made her have a "good cry" as they had a deep discussion on grief.
The 40-year-old reminded her followers to be gentle to people because there is so "much loss these days, and people are fragile." The "Dancing With The Stars" alum added that there is no time limit to how long one can grieve. She noted that the only thing one could do was to keep moving forward and live because it would always be there and never disappear.
Apart from the fear of being stuck, the podcaster admitted to feeling even worse when her son started to ask about his late father. The Blast noted that while she discussed her life since the late star's death on iHeartRadio's "The Important Things with Bobbi Brown" podcast, she also touched on the topic of trying to have a conversation about the loss with her little boy.
Since Cordero passed while Evans was a baby, she was now faced with the dreadful process of bringing it up again two years after she must have dealt with hers to an extent.
Kloots disclosed that as his posthumous birthday, which also coincided with their anniversary, rolled around, she began to have a tough time. It also happened that the 3-year-old started school simultaneously and had to deal with it all by herself.
The fitness instructor revealed that he had started asking where his dad was, and she would have to help him understand why his father could not live or be with them and that it was "really, really, really hard."
On top of it all, the little boy had started becoming clingy and did not like it when she had to leave the house, which made it challenging to try and balance her life as a working mother.
The TV host said that she would feel incredibly guilty anytime she had to leave the house and shared, "I've had a lot of nights where I've cried and thought, this isn't fair, and life isn't fair, and I shouldn't be in this position."
'The Talk' Co-host Offers Advice To Those Dealing With Losing A Partner
The TV personality sure knows what it means to go through grief, having been through it herself in one of the worst ways possible. This is why she decided to speak up after losing her late husband two years ago and help others dealing with the same thing.
The Blast shared that she was always ready to give some advice to people trying to cope with loss and would never shy from answering as candidly as possible. The fitness trainer held an extensive Q&A session on her Instagram story and answered trivia about her life and business endeavors – like her children's book.
It got deep when one of the questions touched on grief and if it ever got easier, to which she responded by declaring that it did not get any easier. Instead, it would get harder, but one would have to learn to live with it and fight every day to stay strong, keep going, and smile.
