Britney Spears has literally been walking on her hands – she killed it today. The 38-year-old pop princess, plagued by the extension of her 2008-commenced conservatorship as father Jamie Spears controls her finances, nonetheless managed to prove her spirits are up via her Thursday Instagram update.
Britney, whose gymnastics-loving and yoga edge are a huge part of her identity, updated from her backyard. She was doing a handstand, but it wasn't a regular one, seeing the "Circus" singer travel around on her lawn. Check it out below.

Scroll for the video. It comes as Britney continues to make headlines both for fighting 68-year-old father Jamie's legal grip and clapping back over allegations that her social media content is old.
The video showed Britney out in her L.A. mansion's backyard and traveling across grass while in a handstand. The Grammy winner, seen with sunlight pouring all over her, manifested her upper body strength, at the same time seeming to defy gravity in her tiny black gym shorts. Spears, also in a red tank, then took to her caption.

Keep scrolling for the video. Britney addressed her 26.4 million followers, cheerfully writing:
"Seeing the world upside down is waaaaay better ??✨??♀️ !!!!"
Over a quarter of a million views were logged by the time the video was an hour old. Britney, who was just yesterday flat-out bullied for yet again appearing in a backyard crop top look , largely generated positivity. Makeup guru Jeffree Star replied; "We love you, always remember that."
"Wow you are in great shape???," another comment read – Britney's 2020 New Year's Resolution was to do more "Acro yoga." More after the video.

It doesn't take long these days for Britney to rake in the suspicious comments. Repetitive and very similar posts throughout 2020, seeing Spears either against a plain wall or in her backyard, have seen #FreeBritney deem her Instagram a setup. Despite Britney saying she's "authentic" back in July and this month confirming that none of her posts are "more than a month old," remarks are always challenging the singer.
"Wish we could see her face to confirm it’s actually her. ?," one fan wrote. Over 200 fans liked the comment.

Britney made headlines this month for addressing the repeat looks. "A lot of people have been saying that a lot of my posts are not new but they're old. But just to let you guys know, none of my pictures or posts are more than a month old," Britney said, then offering an explanation.
"Yes, I know. I did wear the same top 17 times, but it's for a project - Project Rose. And you will be seeing way more of Project Rose in the future."
Yesterday's post didn't show the "mini rose garden"-sourced rose crown, but it did offer two rose emoji.
