Fans will happy to be learn that not only is the pair still going strong, but the couple actually celebrated their two-year anniversary with a vacation in Paris, France. The couple took to Instagram to share a few photos of them smooching in front of the Eiffel Tower, looking more in love than ever.
“2 years later,” Emily wrote in the caption alongside a red heart emoji. In the comments, Cam joked, “Lana would be proud.” Many of their “Too Hot To Handle” costars couldn’t resist commenting on the post, with Larissa Trownson writing, “Love you guys saaaa much” and Joey Joy calling them “Icons.”
Nathan Webb wrote, “Wow this is the one.” The proud dad later added, “When is kynlei getting a cousin?” Cam joked, “If it was up to [Emily] it would probably be tomorrow.” However, not everyone thought Nathan’s joke was very funny. “A little insensitive of you to say considering what she and Cam went through. Just saying,” one fan pointed out and many others were quick to agree.
What Happened To Emily and Cam?

Unfortunately, it hasn’t been all smooth sailing for the two “Too Hot To Handle” costars. On June 10, Emily took to Instagram to reveal that she had suffered an ectopic pregnancy.
“So a few weeks ago I discovered I was pregnant. Although it was a shock it was something I was also quite excited about,” Emily began. “However on Tuesday, I collapsed whilst being at the shops. I cannot even describe to you the pain- it felt like my whole stomach was collapsing and was quickly rushed to the hospital.”

She said she didn’t get her scan until 3 PM the next day. Several nurses later confirmed that she had an ectopic pregnancy, which Emily described as “basically where the fetus gets stuck and grows in your Fallopian tube which is fatal, and if I had left it much longer my Fallopian tube would have burst.”
Emily said that she was “so scared,” writing, “Not only was I about to lose my baby but I was about to have my Fallopian tube removed with the potential of my ovary too.” For the scan and potential surgery, she wasn’t allowed to eat or drink for 24 hours. “So you can see in the picture I was sniffing cams protein cookie bcos I was so hungry,” she joked.

She was later taken into surgery. “I don’t know who was crying more me or Cam but was extremely emotional to say the least,” she wrote. “I had asked Cam to get me a list of food and drink for when I return but I had panic attack when I woke up. I was dosed up with morphine because I was in so much pain that I then felt sick and had to go straight to sleep.”

After a few more blood tests and breakfast, she was discharged but still bed bound and in a lot of pain, both physically and mentally. In the final slide of her post, she said that she “definitely ignored the signs my body was trying to tell me early on about my ectopic pregnancy” and urged girls to get an early pregnancy scan “just to be on the safe side to rule out any kind of potential problems” since ectopic pregnancies affect around 1 in 100 pregnancies.

In another Instagram post shared on December 29, Emily proved that she is still “Too Hot To Handle” even with her scar. She posed in a glittering strapless top with denim jeans, tugging down on the loops with both thumbs. A pair of glittering angel wings were digitally added into the artwork behind her.
“I had this made for me and thought it was so cool. But then when I actually thought about it I was like actually naaaa this is REALLY fkn cool,” Emily wrote. “I zoomed into my scar thinking wow, I can’t believe I actually went through that and as I zoomed out I realised the angel wings were the perfect representation.”

“Don’t know about you but I forget what a bada– I am sometimes,” she added. Thank you @made.bylari.” Cam dropped three angel emojis on the post while Larissa wrote, “Aw Em! Truly the baddest of them all” alongside a red heart emoji.
Even though Emily and Cam have had their ups and down since the show ended, they are still together two years later. From Cam’s comment, it looks like Emily is ready to grow their family, which only leads to the question… when will Cam pop the question?!
