Tamar Braxton’s boyfriend David Adefeso showed no signs of trouble in the days before filing a restraining order against the singer.

On August 30, David posted a video of him hanging at the beach with Tamar’s son Logan. The singer had her son with ex-husband Vincent Herbert.

He captioned the post, “A day at the beach Sometimes mom needs a day off to herself to do whatever moms do whenever they have a day off to themselves! So me, Beans and Bonus Grandma aka Sonic-Mom hit Zuma Beach to have some fun??‍♀‍??‍♂‍??‍♂‍.”Tamar was not seen in the video.

As The Blast first reported, David filed a “domestic violence” restraining order against Tamar this week. The petition was filed in Los Angeles Court but the details are still coming out.

David is asking the court to grant him a temporary restraining order which would prohibit Tamar from coming near him or contacting him in any manner.

The restraining order comes weeks after David was there to call 911 after finding Tamar unresponsive in their Ritz Carlton residence. Tamar had been drinking and took an unknown amount of medication.

David was by Tamar’s side when she was rushed to the hospital. The reality star has made improvements since then and thanked fans for their support. She released a statement following her hospitalization. It read, “First and foremost, Thank you. Thank you to each and every individual who has prayed for me, thought of me, sent me their love and has showered me with their support. In this present moment, it is my only responsibility to be real with myself and to be real with the ones who truly love me and care for my healing. I have without fail, shared with you my brightest days, and I know that sharing with you what has been my darkest will be the light for any man or woman who is feeling the same defeat I felt just only a week ago.”
