Jac Cordeiro Shows Off Her 'Confidence' In A White Bodysuit

Fitness guru Jac Cordeiro and pro athlete Alex Rodriguez first made their relationship Instagram official last month and fans haven't been able to stop gushing over the Toronto fitness model ever since!

The owner of JacFit has shared some pretty steamy snaps on her Instagram page, including one that featured her showing off her fit physique in a tiny white bodysuit.

On Tuesday morning, the popular model took to Instagram to share a steamy snap that featured her leaning against a counter in a strapless white bodysuit that put the muscles in her lean legs on full display. She topped off her look with strappy beige heels, which perfectly complimented her sun-kissed tan. She smoldered for the shot, letting her blonde hair fall in loose waves around her face.

She tagged Toronto, Canada as the location of her latest photo shoot. In the caption, Jac wrote, “Confidence is knowing what you bring to the table.” She added the hashtags #confidence, #betterthanyesterday, #goals2023, #fitmoms, #transformationtuesday, and #teamjacfit.

“A new year presents an opportunity for a fresh start. A time to reflect, to step out of your comfort zone and make changes no matter how small to what isn’t working,” she wrote in the caption before she went on to list some of her “strategies for success.”

These included creating a vision board, creating one long term goal and one short term goal, listing the areas you want to the most improvement in, creating a deadline for that goal, practicing mindfulness, and be more loving towards yourself.

She wrapped up her post by encouraging her fans to “see failure as a learning experience, not the final outcome.”
