Ex-'RHONY' Star Carole Radziwill Cops To 'Shady' Post About Dorinda Medley's Departure

Carole Radziwill was definitely being shady when she shared a couple of Twitter posts about the "Real Housewives of New York City" after learning of her longtime friend Dorinda Medley's sudden exit from the show.

After suggesting that Dorinda was the only "real" cast member on the Bravo reality show, Carole responded to an article about her comments and admitted that she was "of course" throwing shade at her ex-co-stars.

“I shade?” Carole asked, via Showbiz Cheat Sheet. “Of course I do."

"I didn’t know what shade was until I was on 'The Real Housewives of New York City.' The ['Real Housewives'] franchise is built on shade," Carole continued in her Twitter post. "So I learned at the feet of the masters. Women being catty, petty and yes, shady. And ya’ll love it! It’s what you call the guilty pleasure. So you’re welcome.”

Carole joined "The Real Housewives of New York City" in 2012 for its fifth season and left after season 10.

Following Carole's addition, Dorinda joined the series for season seven in 2015.

Although the two women haven't been seen on Bravo together for a few years, they have remained in close contact and recently spent time with one another in The Berkshires.

After learning of Dorinda's exit, Carole shared a couple of messages with her fans and followers.

“Dorinda was only ‘real’ HW,” Carole tweeted. “So no more truth telling too. Trust me that’s a main reason cast is let go. Telling the truth & exposing fake cast members & their storylines & how its all manipulated by production."

According to Carole, she knows that Dorinda will be greatly missed by fans of "The Real Housewives of New York City."

“And so it goes… #RHONY fans will miss her quips, her humor, her in your face bulls**t detector & her intelligence,” she wrote. “But what they will come to miss the most is her honesty and realness in a sea of mendacity. Onward, my love.”

In her own Instagram post, Dorinda thanked Bravo and her cast mates as she revealed her time on the show had come to an end.

In addition to Carole, former "Real Housewives of New York City" star Bethenny Frankel also weighed in on Dorinda's exit.

Don't let anyone or anything dull your sparkle. Don't let the insecurities of others dull your sparkle. You will be missed...let the next chapter begin," she wrote on Instagram.
