Dorinda Medley announced on Tuesday that she would not be returning to her full-time position on "The Real Housewives of New York City" for the series' upcoming 13th season and now, days after her exit was confirmed, a source claims her supposedly rent-free living arrangement in the Big Apple may also be coming to an end.

On August 27, a source told Page Six that Dorinda had made a deal that allowed her to live free in her apartment while promoting the home to her fans and followers.

After noting that Dorinda allegedly stands to lose more than just her Bravo paycheck after her exit from “The Real Housewives of New York City” on Tuesday, Page Six claimed to have been told that prior to Dorinda's departure from the series, she scored a sweet real estate deal that allowed her to live rent-free at a $10,000-a-month apartment.

According to the outlet, Dorinda, who reportedly rakes in $10,000 each month, signed a contract in 2017 that gave her access to a three-bedroom apartment in the Tony Oriana building on Sutton Place in exchange for for some public promotion.

When the initial deal was made, Jennifer Gould, of The New York Post, claimed units in the luxury building were going for $9,550- to $10,240-a-month.

Although Dorinda owns a condo in the Upper East Side, she began renting that home after moving into her allegedly free apartment.

Dorinda was said to be renting her own condo, which has just two bedrooms, for $9,950-a-month.

While living at the three-bedroom residences, insiders told Page Six that Dorinda's team created ways to feature the condo on "The Real Housewives of New York City."

During recent years, Dorinda was seen hosting a Valentine’s Day party and a Halloween party at her Tony Oriana apartment after getting permission to film in the space.

“She did a great job getting attention for the place,” said an insider. “The property company [was] very happy with it.”

According to the source, Dorinda is till living in the building and when it comes to her contract, she was reportedly only promised one year at the residence. That said, she could have renegotiated her living arrangements in the years since her initial deal.

Page Six went on to reveal that it wasn't a condition of the deal that Dorinda had to retain her position on "The Real Housewives of New York City" and continue to feature the home on the show. Instead, she was simply obligated to promote the space on social media.

“She’s a very shrewd business person,” added an insider. “She’s very good at leveraging her platform.”
