As previously reported, she filed for divorce in May this year, following their official split, and at the time, she mentioned "irreconcilable differences" as the reason. The ex-couple's divorce was pretty lengthy, majorly given their difficulties with sharing properties and spousal support dispensation.

Despite signing a prenup before their marriage, the "One Day at a Time" actress' ex-husband did not trust the validity and requested $50,000 for monthly spousal support.

Fortunately, she got all the divorce papers signed in the end, and she announced the pleasant news with a video showing her at the airport on her way to see her son, Wolfgang.

Bertinelli said in the clip, "My lawyer just called. The papers are all signed. They're about to be filed." And she proudly called the date, Tuesday, November 22, "the second best day of my life."
