At the time, Williams opened up about falling in love again, explaining how she wanted a relationship without marriage ties.
"The first thing I look at when I see men is, 'Are they wearing the finger?' 'Cause if they're wearing the finger, then that's an immediate hello, but I would love… I can't wait to fall in love, and I don't want to get married," the media personality said via New York Post.
She then touched on the qualities she expects to see in her man.
"I want him to have already had kids," Williams added. "I want him to be someplace between, someplace around my age, you know, maybe 10 years younger than me, and maybe 15 years older than me, you know what I mean?"
Wendy Williams Exited Her Eponymous Show
While Williams is now making final arrangements to launch her eponymous podcast, she was previously the host of "The Wendy Williams Show," starring as its anchor for over a decade.
It was one of the most popular syndicated talk shows on TV throughout its tenure, averaging millions of viewers each day. It was nominated for several awards, including 14 Daytime Emmy nods, taking home one win.
The last episode was aired on June 17, 2022. However, most TV stations continued to screen repeats until September 9.
Later, "The Wendy Williams Show" was replaced by "Sherri," which was also eponymously titled after its host, Sherri Shepherd, who handled Williams' previous show while she was away attending to her health and personal concerns.
