Adam Krueger knows how to make a weather report more exciting. The chief meteorologist for CW39 Houston is known for sneaking the daily wordle into his weather reports but now he's switching things up a bit. The popular TikToker has been taking requests and many viewers have been asking for Krueger to add song lyrics into his weather reports.
Weatherman Adam Krueger Sneaks Messages Into His Forecasts
What started out as sneaking the daily wordle into the weather forecast has now turned into Krueger taking requests via his TikTok and Instagram accounts. Many of his social media fans have requested movie lines, song lyrics, and other interesting things, and Krueger takes those challenges with ease.
One viewer requested that Krueger say the title or some lyrics from the song "Baby Got Back" in the daily weather report. "I can do that while talking about severe storms. Challenge accepted," Krueger said with confidence. "But as we look farther north this line of storms is long and strong and winds are getting their friction on near the surface which is actually adding to the tornado risk," he said during his report.
One viewer wondered what his news station thought about his weather forecasts including so many odd things. "πππ what do your stations manager thinks about this ππ," the viewer asked in the comment section on TikTok. Krueger replied, "All for it."
Another viewer thought he did a great job saying, "That was so smooth I had to listen to it twice to catch the lyrics. π" Many other TikTok followers dropped their requests into the comment section, asking for other song lyrics, lines from movies and interesting things that might be tough to sneak into the weather report.
Adam Krueger Dropped Some Eminem Lyrics Into One Report
One viewer requested that the weatherman add some Eminem lyrics into his report, which Krueger was more than happy to do. "So you want Eminem lyrics in the weather? All right, let's do this," he happily said. "We'll go back a couple of decades to Slim Shady. Chica chica chica challenge accepted."
As he got into his weather forecast, he was able to slip some popular Eminem lyrics into the mix. "And we're looking at 40 consecutive hours below freezing. Now this is the first time you're paying attention to the forecast this week, you're probably thinking," he began. "Oh wait, no wait, you're kidding, he didn't just say what I think he did, did he?" Eminem lyrics helped Krueger get more than 1.6 million views on this video, and more followers dropped into the comment section to request other songs.
Viewers were impressed and took to the comment section to leave their thoughts. "Eminem fans watching this without knowing the context: π±," one follower wrote. Another added, "He just made Eminem proud!!"
One person wondered if the smooth-talking weatherman ever gets questioned from unsuspecting news viewers. "Do you ever get feedback from viewers who aren't aware of the challenges, wondering what's with the report today?" he asked to which Krueger replied, "Never. If you didnβt know what I was up to, you wouldnβt catch it. Thatβs the trick: stealth π"
Time To Bring On A Bigger Challenge For The Sneaky Weatherman
As a different kind of challenge, someone asked Krueger to get as many NFL team names into his weather report, and of course, he accepted that challenge open arms. "You want NFL team names in the weather? Challenge under review and it looks like I can do eight of those. Challenge accepted," he said before showing the clip of the weather forecast. Krueger was able to get eight team names into his forecast - Chiefs, Giants, Rams, Texans, Saints, 49ers, Bears, and Jets.
As usual, followers were impressed by Krueger's skills. "49-er actually.... that was epic," one fan wrote. Another added, "This is a lot of work!!!!! You are great."
