Denise Richards Trolled For Spreading Christmas 'Cringe' On Instagram

Denise Richards is back to being shamed on Instagram, as the 51-year-old mom-of-three tried to spread some Christmas cheer in a seductive Santa-themed video, something Carmen Electra appreciated.

While there were plenty of fans of the gorgeous "RHOBH" alum who felt she nothing short of pure fire, apparently even the Christmas spirit isn't enough to tame down the trolls who tore into her viciously via mean comments.

Bond girl Denise Richards certainly seems to be caught up in the festive spirit as she took to Instagram on Monday to show off her slim and svelte figure as she took to wish her fans a Merry Christmas.

The 51-year-old wore a red velvet bodysuit with a plunging tie-up neck as she leaned back against the side of what looked to be a classic red Mustang. The Santa-themed lingerie came with a white fur trim and hood, and a black belt with a gold buckle. Only, instead of resting on Santa's paunch, it lovingly rested on Denise's cinched waist.

Thigh-high lace-trimmed white stockings and black heels completed the look as the wind blew through her hair and the hood. The background music, "Carol of the Bells" was apt and gave us "Home Alone" vibes as the video moved to another clip, this time of Denise indoors. Here, she wore black lingerie with a red tweed jacket and skirt, something she recently put up a picture of as well.

With dramatic, smokey eyes and pouty pink lips, the "Wild Things" star looked gorgeous, but not to every fan. Scroll down to see the video and find out what the trolls had to say.

Richards' 1.4 million fan following reacted in two ways. Some of her ardent fans gushed about her, finding her beautiful as they commented:

"She hasn’t lost her charm in a bit" and “Merry Christmas Denise. You are making it snow,”

That said, the haters rose to the fore, targeting the actress over her looks with words even the Grinch would hesitate to use. One even told her to "Slow down grandma."

"Doing all she can to hang in there and stay youthful and relevant."

"I'm 60 and would never post something like this..After 40, we need to keep it classy-It's much more attractive."

"What did she do to her face?"

"Ooooff lol this is cringe… you are wayyyy too old to be doin this shit sweetheart. Go play with your grandkids!"

Richards is mom to Eloise, 11 as well as daughters Sami, 18, and Lola, 17, the latter two shared with Charlie Sheen. Interestingly Denise Richards supported her daughter Sami's decision to open an OnlyFans account in the only way she knew how to, by opening one herself, much the disappointment of Sheen.

At the time, Sheen had stated, "She is 18 years old now and living with her mother. This did not occur under my roof. I do not condone this but since I’m unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy, creative, and not sacrifice her integrity."

Meanwhile, Richards clapped back at Sheen saying, "Sami is 18, and this decision wasn’t based on whose house she lives in. All I can do as a parent is guide her and trust her judgment, but she makes her own choices."

The video got plenty more nasty comments like:

"If ms clause was a crackhead edition."

"How old are you? Too old to be doing that!!!"

But even her earlier Christmas-lingerie-themed pic had fans snapping at her for all sorts of reasons.

Some wondered what an OnlyFans account had to do with Christmas, as they wrote:

"Christmas should be about Jesus Christ. Not promoting your OnlyFans page with a sexy photo. The world has gone mad."

"Peddling smut during a religious holiday. What a doll."

"She's not as innocent as she would like you to believe...? she was married to Charlie who's the biggest nymph around."

Others simply felt her lip fillers were OTT.

Thankfully, there were a few Instagram users rising above all the hate, wondering: "I’m really sad reading all the hate comments… if u don’t like what she posts… just keep scrolling! There’s zero reason to tear someone else down… celebrity or not. Grow the eff up. As long as this photo makes her feel as beautiful as she is… then that’s all that matters."
