Shauna Rae Reveals She's Unsure About Moving Forward With Dan

Shauna Rae is uncertain how she wants to proceed with her current love interest, Dan. In a preview for an upcoming episode of  "I Am Shauna Rae," the 21-year-old with pituitary dwarfism struggles with her feelings about Dan and if she wants to take the next step with the Wales native.

In a recent episode, viewers got to see the two go on a water date, as well as have dinner with Shauna's family. Now that Dan has left the U.S. again, Shauna is trying to sort through her feelings for him and decide if she wants to take the next step in the relationship.

During a confessional interview, Shauna explained why she's hesitating and trying to decide how to proceed. "It's been a couple of weeks since Dan visited me. We went on a couple dates, which were great," she said. "But my feelings toward Dan are a little confusing. I'm playing it day by day. Whatever happens, happens."

During a Zoom call with Dan, Shauna hears about his recent adventures, and he proposes a trip together. "I mean, we'll see," Shauna responded. "It's definitely an interesting one. It's a big first jump, though."

The two met online and have only met in person twice. They talk daily, but Shauna is taking her time defining the relationship.

Many of Shauna's Instagram followers took to the comment section of her post about the water date with Dan to express their thoughts on the subject. Many fans of the show don't trust Dan's intentions.

One follower wrote, "It came off to me as him not respecting your boundaries with your fear of the water. You were there facing it but when he tried to get on the board it seemed to me that a boundary was crossed. Just my opinion - I’ve had my boundaries crossed in that way before and just don’t want that for you! Loving the show this season though and so happy to see your journey continue! ?"

Another follower added, "I want to like Dan but I can't get it out of my head that he slid into yours and your sisters DMs, giving clout chaser vibes."

Other followers also felt the same suspicious vibes. "This guy is not in it for the right reasons. He is looking for attention. He wants to be an actor and be seen," one person said.

"Saw Dan's post on LinkedIn be careful. Don't fall for him. He's not on the show for the right reasons," another added.

And one other fan wrote, "Serving up 'I just wanna be on TV and have notoriety.' Dan gives me terrible vibes. Sorry not sorry. It’ll come out eventually and you guys will realize us who are being 'disrespectful' actually just recognize red flags for their true colors..red ✊?"

But some of Shauna's fans enjoyed seeing the two of them getting to know each other. "Loved seeing you guys out there having fun! For all the people who have negative comments, just keep them to yourselves! I think Shauna is amazing & to broadcast her life to the world makes her so brave! Either support her and root for her or keep scrolling - I think these two can be a power couple and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you both ?," one fan wrote.

"He seems like a good guy can’t wait to see more of this," another added. One fan commented, "I really really, really hope this works out."
