Taylor Swift & Karlie Kloss: Kaylor Romance Rumors, Revisited -- Part 7
By TheBlast Staff on August 15, 2020 at 8:38 AM EDT
Six years since Taylor Swift and Karlie Kloss were caught kissing at a concert, yet the gazelle-like girls are still fueling that fire.
What's happening: Swift, 30, low-key/recently released her 8th album "folklore," and Kloss, 28, hasn't stopped creating complete chaos.
Backing it up: collectively known as "Kaylor," their secluded springtime trips and seemingly inseparable summer were what led to the aforementioned "Kissgate" scandal of 2014.
Its astronomic aftermath started a series of probable PR-clean-up efforts, ones which may or may not still be in effect today. What simply started with the duo toning down their packaged-deal persona finally fizzled into feud allegations - the first in January 2018, the last in August 2019. These eventually died down via various shows of support or straight-up story-squashing.
Take a look at their history and see if anything sticks out...aka if Karlie Kloss is the muse of a Taylor Swift trilogy, aka her last three albums.

In January 2016, Swift took a photo with someone while out with Calvin Harris. The DJ, whose real name is Adam Wiles, was widely believed to have been Swift's boyfriend back then.
A week ahead of their ~~family~~ dinner, a rep for Swift killed the rumor that she'd moved in with him, and did so quite emphatically.
"They are absolutely not living together," team Taylor said.
The pair alluded to it being their first anniversary that March, but the supposedly celebratory snaps had some strange captions (like "1 year...that was easy").

Swift side of things heated up with a heart-shaped locket, one engraved with the date "3-6-2015." The locket - coupled with her caption (of "One year down! ❤️ ") and combined with the inscription itself - it's just all kinds of combustible.
On March 6, 2015, the exact date listed on the locket:
Karlie Kloss posted an off-beat Instagram photo from the famed Love Lock Bridge in Paris, writing "love locked down ?" as her caption. The post from Taylor came on March 6, 2016...one year later to-the-date.
Karlie's 2015 post then links back to their secluded road trip pics, most of which were Instagrammed on March 5, 2014...almost exactly a year prior to Paris.

Speculation aside, something seriously special happen that month: a publicly private outing. In other words...Kaylor went somewhere alone, together.
Though "just" a gym session, the sighting seemed monumental as it was the first time they'd really been photographed outside of a group setting since early 2015 - at least on purpose.
To confuse the "Tayvin" narrative - a week after their workout date, as UsWeekly reported, Kaylor "danced the night away" at Vegas' Omnia nightclub...at a Calvin Harris' show.
The outlet wrote that the model and musician were there for Karlie's younger twin sisters that were "celebrating their 21st birthday."
Also alongside them came the members of HAIM and Todrick Hall, the latter of which wrote that Swift was "the sweetest human on earth" via his Instagram video.

Swift was back in Sin City a few weeks later (on April 4th) for iHeartRadio Music Awards, saying in a same-night acceptance speech: "For the first time I had the most amazing person to come home to when the spotlight went out and when the crowds were all gone."
She paused, then said: "So, I want to thank my boyfriend Adam for that."
Considering what Taylor's team had recently said about her and Harris - that "they are absolutely not living together" - Swift's second sentence sounds like a separate thought.
Still in April/over at Coachella: the "You Are In Love" songstress revealed a semi-signature new style. Her Instagram iteration of the iconic festival was captioned as "Bleachella." It started as a momentary moniker about her hair, but went on to be a bookmark for many (key) Kaylor moments.
What's worth noting for now is Taylor's wearing of a Calvin Harris jacket that specifically advertises his same-year smash "This Is What You Came For (ft. Rihanna)" - even though the song wasn't even out yet.

Swift, seen supporting the DJ during his Coachella set, was joined by several squad mates - some of which were HAIM and Todrick Hall (again), Martha Hunt and Serayah...and as evidenced by her own account, Karlie Kloss was clearly with them too. What no one knows is why no onetagged her in anything that weekend.
